I do not recommend working here.  High turnover rate. You are expendable.   Unrealistic quota expectations. 
 They care more about quality over quantity.  They say they care about quantity of work but don't believe this for one second.  If you get even a point or two below the expected quota goal for the week, they grill you and ask you what went wrong.  For example, if your goal is 30 cases worked per day but if you reach 28 for the day and do this consistently for maybe 2 weeks or so, they have someone sit with you and watch your every move and they say it's just more "training".  If you keep getting below the expectation you just get warnings and eventually fired if you can't make quota.  They don't try and give you work or put you somewhere where you could succeed.
They have a ridiculous attendance point system.  It's almost like you're in school again with an attendance policy. They don't care about your personal life.  Things happen at the last minute sometimes (that's life) but you will get reprimanded if you call out sick or have to leave early unexpectedly for any reason.  They want at least 24 hours notice if you are going to call out.  Kind of hard to do this if you get sick or your child gets sick.  Or if you have to pick up your child from school, etc because they are sick.  If you get a certain number of points within a work year, you get fired.  Doctor's notes are not accepted either to show proof of being sick.
Oh and the new rule is that they now force you to take a certain amount of PTO each quarter.  It's MY paid time off and I should be able to use it how I see fit.

As someone with a background in HR, my time at MedRisk was unfortunately more frustrating than fulfilling. While the company plays an important role in the healthcare space, particularly in physical therapy and workers’ compensation, the internal operations did not reflect the level of care and structure you’d expect from a healthcare-focused organization.

The TA team was consistently overloaded, tasked with filling a wide range of roles — from clinical providers (PTs, OTs, RNs, tele-rehab therapists, physicians) to accounting and support positions — often with little clarity, shifting priorities, and minimal strategic support. There was an expectation to move quickly, but without the infrastructure, communication, or leadership alignment to do so effectively.

From an HR standpoint, the culture lacked transparency and consistency. Employee concerns were often overlooked or deprioritized, and there was limited opportunity for growth or meaningful feedback. Reactive decision-making and micromanagement were more common than collaborative problem-solving or long-term planning.

The lack of stability, direction, and genuine investment in the people doing the work made it a difficult environment to thrive in. I would caution other HR professionals to ask detailed questions about leadership style, recruiter support, and turnover before accepting a role here.

I typically don’t review employers after separation, but I couldn’t just stay silent about this experience. Let’s start with the excruciating training, the material and training all together is extremely outdated & gruesome. Working remote and staying attentive is already a challenge in itself, the least this company could do is make the material bearable to learn. Next is the turnover rate.. my training group started out with about 25 people, by the end of the two weeks we had a maybe 12 people (and that’s being generous). During the interview process I was told we would be reaching out to providers inquiring if workers comp patients attended their appointments, and that we would have ‘tasks’  to complete. No one mentioned the 15 different task types, 60+ tasks that need to be completed daily and let’s not forget THE MICROMANAGING. But when help is needed the managing just disappears & it’s “ check the training binder” instead of giving employees space to figure things out they choose to have 6+ different shadowing sessions A WEEK  & ‘ TL check in’s’. Honestly it would be in your BEST interest to look for employment elsewhere. And the very last thing I have to mention is the outdated equipment that’s provided you need at least 8 different outlets, and so much more just to preform these daily functions. This company as a whole is just a walking red flag. 

Team leads can be very aggressive for no reason. They ask you to use your own devices for zoom meetings because they are too cheap to send you a laptop with a mic and speakers. And when you email yourself zoom links instead of coming to you or communicating directly with you they will contact your team lead. And they will repewmand you from there. AND when finally leave and need to send your equipment back they require a signature when that is not required to receive the package. Makes the whole process messy. AVOID. At the end of the day they don't pay enough for the level of performance they want. 

Ranks as the worst company/job I have held in 15 years as a professional! This place is run like a circus. The ringleader (Founder) sits back while the clown and freaks (execs and managers) bounce around the hallways, perform magic tricks to make their awful systems and processes work while most employees walk the stressful tightrope everyday for the sake of a miserable paycheck. Whatever good managers or employees they had are long gone. Judging by some of the recent promotions, this place went from a circus to an insane asylum.

I left because they do not properly train you at this place. They cram at least 3-4 weeks worth of training into 4 days. I was hired temp to perm and was brought on permanently because of my ability to survive. I left because the last straw for me was being placed on disciplinary probation due to my quality being low working a task that I never worked before for the first time. Would not recommend until the culture changes.

If you like being micromanaged, unrealistic quotas, and ridiculous QA then this is the job for you. This job is definitely quantity over quality. They say they don’t care about quantity but definitely not true. You can reach out to management if you’re having trouble but you’re still expected to meet your goals. High turnover rate. Training isn’t the best. You’ll get “coached” on things you were never taught. Raises aren’t the best. Pros: wfh. Not much room for growth only able to move to similar job titles. 

They set unrealistic goals & disregard quality. The Leaders micromanage EVERYTHING, yet they fail to communicate important changes to the employees. They do NOT consider our ideas and/or how certain changes affect the staff. They keep piling on the workload but there is absolutely no compensation or incentives. Please avoid this place, as we are all trying to get out ASAP!

 



I've been working there for 6 years, and found the people and management to be wonderful. The coworkers are very professional and know their craft, happy to help and listen. They are all working for the same gaol and will do their best to get there.
I found management to be attentive and supporting, and "the door is always open" is totally true there.
They are very supportive and understanding in case of personal issues and will do the best to help.
I will highly recommend this place 

It's all quota based, so as long as you hit your quotas, nothing else really matters as a Revenue analyst. The learning curve for the basic tasks for this job is really high since there's no streamlined way to go about things. Training is pretty bad since the people there will spend 2 hours to do 1 task and you're expected to learn from that.
