Not a great place to work at overall. Although the peers I had at the time made things some what bearable, I still ended up miserable about working here. Training wasn't informative and thorough, was very vague, and the lady who would train you will wait for you to mess up in order for her to tell you how to do it correctly while also being frustrated at you for messing up. She would even get upset at you for asking her how to do a certain thing a 2nd or 3rd time even though you haven't quite grasped everything yet while also trying to do learn how to do 20 other things that need to be learned. They will also expect you to get everything done in a day even knowingly the place is understaffed and at times queue is backed up but will still end blaming you for all of it. There are times when you request for certain uncommon ingredients to be ordered and they deny it because there wasn't any orders for that required it at the time. But when a order does come through that is asking for an uncommon ingredient, and you can't fulfill an order because of it, they will stay blame you for it for not asking to order it. On top of that, the lead pharmacist who runs the business will sometimes not verify rx's until the next day depending on his workload of that day due to dealing with business conferences or decisions that has nothing to do with fulfilling a patient's prescription and will ask you the next day why there are still prescriptions waiting to be processed. I can continue to go into more details, but you already got the idea. Not to mention the guy will low ball your pay rate than what is advertised here. Don't come here unless you don't mind getting blamed for everything that goes wrong here.

Management acts very immature and will treat you poorly for whatever reason they see fit. If someone is having a bad day, they make it your problem. A few employees take priority over everyone else, getting special treatment, being able to be childish and toxic, but you could get in trouble for trying to call the bad behavior out - partially due to unprofessional relationships between management and troublesome employees. The business owner is emotionally unstable and will fly off the handle and/or yell at everyone.  Not worth the time and effort to go beyond your assigned duties, otherwise you'll be expected to always perform at that level and will be talked down to for not meeting insane expectations. The business has had a sharp decline since the new management has stepped up. There's no sense of security, no work-life balance because you're always worried about having upset someone, you don't feel needed nor is there any sense of purpose, and there is no structure.

Management is absolutely terrible, especially the pharmacy manager. Does not know how to speak to people, says they are "honest" when really they are unprofessional and rude. You can make more at another pharmacy or even a pizza delivery driver. They would rather pay for nonessential positions than give their most tenured employees more compensation. It is hard to talk about problems at work as there is no HR Department and if you talk to management, be sure to know everyone will know what you spoke about. Benefits are practically nonexistent, insurance is expensive and 401k match is tremendously low. Not worth the headache to work here at all.

This place is an absolute nightmare to work at. Coworkers act nice to your face but are snakes who gossip behind your back. The managers are a joke, blatantly playing favorites and join in on the trash talk. The Pharmacy Manager is an insufferably self-centered person. Getting a raise is a very rare occurrence—if you’re even lucky enough to even be considered. The company is laughably cheap and couldn’t care less about its employees. No sick days, personal days, premium holiday pay, you get the absolute bare minimum. This place is a disgrace, and I’m genuinely ashamed to have ever been associated with it.

Business setup is much better than a typical retail pharmacy. Work pace can be busy but it makes time fly - but never like a CVS or Walgreens. I gained tons of experience in compounding and working with specialty doctor offices. Patients are unlike most retail customers, as they want their compound prescriptions so they aren’t yelling like they would be at a CVS/Walgreens.  I only left this position for another job that was closer to home.

Overall a fairly easy job. Some good people there. Although the higher ups that work there especially the pharmacists think way too highly of themselves. Also training was almost non existent. I was trained for 1 hours. Read that again. Then was thrown to the wolves and was pretty much on my own. They train as you go which makes absolutely no sense at all. Then they expect perfection. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

Working with Medrock has brought peace to my every day life! The management is very friendly and willing to talk to you and listen to what you have to say, if action needs to be done then it's done. The training structure is set up so you have something different to do everyday on top of the stuff you just learned the best training structure I've ever worked with it was very easy to catch on and learn! highly recommend applying for the company!

I worked there for over a year and left as I moved out of state. Busy Pharmacy where you can gain a lot of experience. Co-workers and management were nice, Participated in decision making in my department which was great! if you are looking for an easy/doing nothing kind of job might not be a good fit. 

I've been working at Medrock Pharmacy for a few years now, and I've been impressed by the collaborative work environment. Our team is passionate about providing personalized care to our patients, and we work together to ensure that everyone receives the best possible service. The pharmacists are always willing to answer questions and provide guidance, and the support staff is friendly and helpful. I feel lucky to be a part of this team!

Management is more concerned with keeping a few chosen employees happy than creating a welcoming environment for everyone. Incredibly toxic, nasty comments are being made behind people's backs by department leads and pharmacists alike. Pay seems good until you get there and realize there are never enough supplies on hand, never enough staff, and no one could be bothered to listen to constructive feedback.
