I think the management is disorganized, unapproachable and insufferable which leads to a very toxic work environment throughout the entire company. There is a lack of teamwork and extremely frequent negativity amongst the staff. The workload is unnecessarily overwhelming making you feel burnt out and no recognition for the efforts. The favorite employees have a nasty attitude and constantly create drama so that they look good to the company executives. I use executives loosely as there is really only one person to go to and she is incompetent. Owners appear to think coo is always right and everyone else in the world is wrong. It’s laughable as nothing gets fixed.The employees who care have left and the employees who have competence get fired. The company is run by a toddler in my opinion who looks for blame or a scapegoat instead of fixing anything. This is the worst of the worst in my opinion.

If you like stress, constant technology issues, unappreciative atmosphere, and unnecessary obstacles then this is the place for you. There are far better employers out there that truly value their employees and don’t pathetically manage through cameras. 

They treat everyone like mules, benefits are horrible, higher ups talk down to their employees, cheap, they lied to the board of pharmacy to pass inspection, 11pm run leaves passed 1am daily. Their workflow is a hot mess, management is a hot mess, the amount of errors that go out the door is mind boggling due to all the rushing and get it out attitude they have with their employees, health insurance where (American Plan)? It’s barely accepted by anyone problem after problem everywhere you try and go. You need to wait a year to get dental work done. Short term is cheaper buying it for yourself through a different company. No 401K, no raises 2% or less, expired products on the shelves. I’m happy I’m no longer working here. This place is TOXIC! Not worth what they offer you the amount of stress and work isn’t mathin! 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Absolutely nothing, low pay, they expect you to work everyday all day as if you don't have a life outside of work.  No structure. Management is manipulative and hides from confrontation.

The management.  They give you no answers. Have to train yourself on everything. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Non existent.  They try to bribe you with gift cards. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Chaotic.   No structure.  Management yelling at you for taking bathroom break while others take as many beaks as they want.

Would not recommend very disorganized and distasteful. Management is toxic, narcissistic behavior, and manipulative. Will expect you to drop everything for company like you don’t have your own life. Morning shift vs night shift not treated equally nor fairly. Night shift gets the burnt end. Understaffed is a understatement. Management is not confrontational would rather ignore a situation rather than solve it. No training thrown into it , fending for your life. Misleading , promises , but never falls through. When I’m doubt gift card it out. When they feel guilty they hand out gift cards……. Bribery 

I highly advise not applying here. The management is toxic and will even yell and curse at their employees. A very “you are replaceable and if you dont like it leave or shut up.” No room for growth in position or compensation, the insurance provide is poor in quality, but high in price, there is no work structure or any decent training and they will expect you to take on roles you didn't ask for nor apply for. You will also not be expecting any kind of a raise for it either. False promises and just an overall terrible place to work. 

Two-faced, back stabbing employees and pharmacists. Toxic workplace. Toxic bosses. Work overload. Telling you to change your work hours. Expected to do 12 hours of work in 8 hours because no OT allowed. HR does nothing about the toxic environment. Pharmacists are just as toxic, if not worse. They are rude to other coworkers and rude to nurses on the phones.

Nothing no loyalty. Staff was corny

The unorganized nature of their work system. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Some people are ok but the majority are backbitters.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Pretty chill, as long as you keep your head down.

I worked as a pharmacy technician for over than 2 years.  The work load is heavy but they are supportive. I learnt a lot of new things. It is different from a retail pharmacy. It is a closed door pharmacy. We have zero contact with patients.We deliver medicines and medical supplies to nursing homes. So weekends and holidays should be covered in rotation between all technicians.

The management has no clue what they are doing.  They promise employees raises that they never give.  There is no structure or proper training. It is a VERY toxic work environment and there is more gossip and drama than I’ve seen at any company ever. The rules apply to some people but not others and it’s no wonder everyone is miserable working there.
