I’ve had a positive experience working at MEDvidi. It’s a fast-growing telehealth company that genuinely cares about expanding access to mental health care.
One of the biggest strengths is the pace and autonomy. If you have an idea that improves a process or patient/provider experience, leadership is open to it and decisions are made quickly. You’re trusted to own your work and make an impact.
The team is highly collaborative and supportive, especially across clinical, medical operations, and HR. Because the company is growing rapidly, it’s not a slow or “set-in-stone” environment — things evolve, priorities shift, and there’s a need to be adaptable. That said, if you enjoy building, problem-solving, and being part of a company in growth mode, it’s a great place to be.


I am truly satisfied with my work at this company. Throughout the years, the company has gone through different stages and challenges, and I can confidently say that the management has always shown resilience, responsibility, and they consistently did everything possible to overcome difficulties and move forward with confidence.
The work itself and the projects we are involved in are inspiring, intellectually engaging, and professionally rewarding. Every day brings new opportunities to grow, learn, and improve.

Management is shoddy at best 
No clear delineation of support and resources 
Language barriers with support staff. 
All support staff are foreign born and have difficulty understanding what providers need.  Need extensive explanations. Do not understand basic medical terminology or Telehealth descriptors. 
Very disorganized environment  
Continuing education and keeping abreast of new advances is not encouraged
