What is the best part of working at the company?
The coworkers and the patient's we get to help.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When there is too much work coming in that has to be done quickly.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very good employees in all departments and areas. The workers are the best. Everyone gets along well and we help each other and we actually CARE about the patients.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Checking patients in and out, verifying insurance, getting paperwork authorized for insurance, make patient folders, schedule patients, and answer phones, and to be a good listener with the patients and run the office by myself. I love my job! Very busy and challenging.

I worked for one of the few hospitals that they bought out. Upper management favored employees and regardless of the complaints logged against them by countless people, nothing was done. The company was not understanding in regards of family emergencies. Insurance wasn't great. Very hard to find other facilities that take it. Management promoted toxic work place because they kept their favored employees that didn't do their work and caused issues with others, chasing off good employees left and right. Supplies wers very hard to come by because of all the hoops you had to go through to get what you needed. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
None a lot of favoritism,  pay is terrible but if this is all you have then you just keep working

Gossiping and someone always telling lies

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Supervisor, and management always watching everything you do and asking others getting incorrect information 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very stressful and always having to watch your back

There isn’t a best part. Upper management are deceitful habitual liars who suck you into a job stating you will get the opportunity to grow and advance then make sure they do all they can to not pay you what you’re worth.

Having to do 1million duties for $15

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment in the clinic is great until you have to deal with the hierarchies

Management is unprofessional.  Offered PTO but do not pay you if you take it. Put in vacation request a month in advance and still have you on schedule you to work even though vacation approved.  Manager will call and text you to come into work on your day off, but when you call them they will not answer.  If you work overtime they will short your paycheck and tell you that they will backpay, but wont.  If you drive you are expected to drive to other clinics, without asking you first.

Like a family. Great work place

Only being able to work prn and not full time.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Great. We are a smaller community hospital? But er give excellent care. Great Emergency Services

EKG’S , out patient procedures, ABG’s. Floor and ER treatments

Staff are friendly and helpful at this small rural hospital.

Computer system is not very functional.

The culture is friendly.  The work environment is pleasant.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It is a busy working environment for nurses.

Let me preface this by saying I did meet some wonderful people there and gained experience, but that’s about the only positives. Upper management is toxic and often created a dangerous work environment. The HR office isn’t even on site, which tells you a lot about the place. CEO also tries to get personally involved in patient care and medical decision making. 

Management was not open to suggestions for betterment and put unskilled labor into a critical area of the Hospital.  Many many violations in the Laboratoey.   Layoffs occurred at a moment's notice.  Bills were not paid by the hospital.  Same tactics as previous unsuccessful ones, but under a different name.  That's all.  Non-compliant with State guidelines and put patients in harm's way and then shot the Messenger who called them out on it. 

It is a poor establishment that’s not governed by any establishment such as JACO. It’s not a place for new nurse or nurses on the rise. The majority of their nurses are  brand new  or old LVN’s or old tired RN that have never been out of the country. Those in between are sufferers from lack resources and experience
