I was working there for a few months, and one of the managers literally told me he wasn't sure what my job was. I was told I didn't learn, but every time I had a question nobody was able to answer me that question. My training was watching the supervisor do the procedure once without having time to take notes. It is hard to grow in that company, they rather hire someone else than promote an employee.

Is good work place but they not have any benefits,
I learned and follow the rules from the company
I management 20 people
I have the reponsability of shipping,receving,also part of productions
went the end of the month comes ( a lot of shipments)
I know my job well

Very good place to work you weakens of they have pacient with you very flexible very good plant of 401 k peas work it as a sewing machine operator at that I used to for them I was happy they have flexible hours to work it family 

Working at Mid-West Textile was a different experience for me.  The requirements of the warehouse supervisor were somewhat familiar but the storage and the product were different.

Nice, friendly environment, very busy, but no room for advancement. No close supervision, was very easy going and flexible for appointments or my children conferences.

there is a new challenge everyday like equipment or the develop of new procedures.
Friendly environment, discover and solve problems.
have the satisfaction of solving problems.

I HAD TO ASSIST WITH UNSORTED MATERIAL TO WOMEN THAT SORTED IT, THEN DISPOSE EVERY DIFFERENT MATERIAL ON IT OWN CART AND WHEN HAD A GOOD WEIGHT HAVE IT BALED.

Excellent company and good management , good working environmentto , If you want to work and you like work, and you are responsible this is the place you are looking for.

Just do your part and management won't bother you . Regular work day was mostly outside and would direct truck loads to there proper location for processing.

Very stressful place to work, management tend to put the employees at the end of their priorities.
Company doesn't share it success with employees, 0 bonus,
