Welcome and assist patients,families and visitors by greeting them in person or by phone. Schedule appointments,maintain patient accounts and medical records by obtaining,recording and updating personal and financial information. 

Uses tact, sensitivity, sound judgement, and a professional attitude when relating with co-workers, physicians, patients, families, and other agencies.

I enjoyed my time working at MPA. It was fast paced, I never got bored. The hardest part was answering all of the phone calls. As a nurse, I prefer to be hands on, and did not enjoy the telephone triage part of the job as much. The partners were generous to their employees.

confirm insurance, check in patient  ( get vitals signs )
administer any medication given in  office, take a sample from patient, send samples out. Help the doctor out with any procedures  the patient is having. Call in medications to pharmacy.

Awesome place to get a foot in to pediatrics. They train you for they’re systems to make sure your comfortable before leaving you on your own great environment they really care for they’re employees
