I enjoy Arizona immensely. I go hiking into the mountains. I work good hours and the lab staff are supportive. I've learned about professional communication between staff members. Management works well together. The Haulapia people are kind and resilient. It has been an adjustment for me to be awake in the mornings, since my last several laboratory jobs have been at night. I've been on the Grand Canyon Skywalk which was offered as a free admission for me and my family. The 36th annual celebration was a real treat. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Maybe the pay and that wasn't even that good

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nobody does THEIR job. Management expects that is someone isn't doing their job then you should just step in and do it for them. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Awful. Nobody ever communicates with each other. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Not routine. Management is constantly changing processes just because they're bored.

I am currently in the process of completing my  onboard requirements. The process is long and drawn out. The screening process is very intense. Yet and still the Millbrook staff are timely and professional. They also provide consistent support and followup during the onboarding process. Overall their indepth onboard process will ensure that their company will produce a team of dedicated, well endowed professionals.

Whereas some folks prefer to stay put, I love to be on the go. Recently I had the most exhilarating experience abroad thanks to Millbrook. I’m a certified nurse midwife and love being there for women giving birth in all different locations. They are all the same inside and I get to experience multiple cultures in such a unique way. Whether overseas or right here at home base, I’m always needed and happy to be in that position.

Millbrook is a fantastic company to work with! Their compensation packages are very competitive and working with them allows me to have a flexible schedule. Millbrook is reliable which is so important in today’s market.  If you’re looking for something fast paced that keeps you going. Worst experience of my career. I have experienced an overwhelming amount of micromanagement as well as dishonesty from the leadership team on a regular basis. If you are a seasoned professional looking to work for a reputable organization this is most likely not  the place for you.

I was very welcomed into the respiratory family at the VA. I was able to come in and start working right away.  I felt ready to go and it was a good flow on how to get there and the things I had to do. It was more of a challenge do to getting married but they helped me navigate the process.

I love what I do as a nurse in providing care to my patients, and that was the most enjoyable part of my job as a nurse. But the worst part in any institution with multicultural diversity is personality conflict.


Fantastic company! Millbrook Support got me an assignment as a med tech with a rural clinic very quickly. Having weekly direct deposit has been very convenient and I am happy to know that Millbrook will be there for future employment needs.
