Each day I would have a list of requested activities, or maintenance issues that pop up. from clogged toilets, or air conditioning not working or set right. Access control on door entry not working correctly or security cameras may have a problem, and I would call out the proper repair company to make the repair or I it could be handled in-house I would have my crew person make the repairs. The company had over 600 medication carts located at over 200 locations that I kept track of. I scheduled pickup/deployment or repairs for the medication carts for the repairman to follow. I made sure that the company was always OSHA complaint with daily walk through. 
I managed the record keeping of more that 2600 file boxes in the warehouse which were stored there by their dispatch and other departments.  The hardest part of my job I would have to say was dealing with the property management's lack of ownership of issues that should have been their responsibility, yet they did not want to pay for. 
the most enjoyable part of my job was that I had the the opportunity to work with a dedicated and loyal group of people that made my job more enjoyable. In particular was the person that worked directly under me. He never complained, and though he was not the fastest worker he was always they and willing to do what it took to get the job done. As a therapist, I appreciate a work culture that is inclusive and pays therapist an hourly rate for sessions that is comparable to a private practice fee. Clients are work professionals that have Modern Health as part of their benefit package. Often clients will continue in therapy beyond session limit with Modern Health. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
The ease of seeing and billing clients.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Having no control over how many clients I receive.   The technology and not having a person I can CALL when I need help.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
it's very hands off: located in CA and progressive but growing very fast.  Need more management as it is often 3 days before I get an email answer.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
See one to three clients per day online.   If there are computer glitches there is no one to go to.  Zoom platform

I do currently enjoy working for Modern Health Inc. The staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable from the very beginning. The pharmacy is open 24/7 so various shifts are available. The management make the scheduling to suit your needs.

I love my job as much like a family to me its my second home. I've learned so much things like for example how to be more patient to assist our customer with professional manners. Always busy which is good, enjoyable is when there is a potluck for birthdays, holiday and etc.

Working for modern health has been the best opportunity ever !! I really enjoy working here and I am sad it all came to and end But I am glad our CEO gets to retired and enjoy his family all his hard work time and effort was appropriated for the job opportunities he provided for many employees

Great pharmacy and employees. This is a private pharmacy open 24/7, servicing skilled nursing facilities only not open to public.  But pharmacy is no longer in operations because company was bought out.

Modern Health is a really good company to work for and has a very important mission of de-stigmatizing mental health issues and providing a platform for accessing mental health help.

Great health care start up to work for. Learnt a lot from peers and bosses. Management was employee friendly and was able to maintain a good work life balance.
