I have had the pleasure of working with two previous large law firms in Atlanta and have gained knowledge to advance myself to the next level. Monge & Associates is like no other law firm. From the first interview to providing me with every tool possible to be a successful Case Manager, has been amazing! I am so beyond blessed to be working with so many incredible legal assistants, case managers and attorneys. All motivated by Scott Monge and his motivated team. Words cannot express what an amazing family environment working here is. I am so very fortunate to be working with a select and motivated group of case managers who encourage me daily and motivate me to be creative and push myself to be not only my best at work, but in life. I value the exceptional training and proficiency in every aspect of every job. There are clear responsibilities for each and every position and it is easy to know who to contact for any specific needs. Being a paralegal, we have an awesome team group where everyone helps out any other paralegal in need. Our environment is positive and uplifting. Everyone knows their position and what is expected from that position. This helps support the uplifting vibe that we are united in purpose, driven by success. We have a healthy competition and we all celebrate when one person accomplishes a goal. Sometimes in companies, employees do not know exactly what they need to do or what are short term and long term goals. Monge & Associates really has superior management and it runs like a well oiled machine.

The constant fear of losing one's job creates immense stress, leading to burnout and dissatisfaction among staff! Employees have no outlet to report grievances, as HR fails to address complaints or advocate for fairness. Supervisors wield their authority with cruelty, creating an atmosphere of fear and disrespect. Job security is a mere illusion—management retains the power to terminate contracts arbitrarily, leaving employees in a constant state of uncertainty. The lack of fairness, professionalism, and accountability makes this organization a toxic place to work. I strongly caution anyone considering employment here to think twice and explore better opportunities elsewhere."

A typical workday was busy and full.
I learned the importance of time management and versatility when it comes to completing a task or project.
Management left a little to be desired, to be honest. There could have been a greater focus placed on building morale and teamwork.
My coworkers were some of the most amazingly talented people that I've ever had the chance to work with. They pushed me to be more efficient and to operate at a higher level.
Honestly the job wasn't hard for me. I adapt and cope very well, so I didn't find much of the work difficult.

This law firm truly sets the bar high when it comes to creating a positive work environment. Working with the team, you'll find that difficult days are a rarity – the supportive atmosphere ensures that you have everything needed to succeed. Tools and resources are readily available, and the team is always willing to lend a hand if you encounter challenges. 

The camaraderie within the team ensures that you never feel alone; everyone is genuinely there for one another. Furthermore, the leadership team exemplifies outstanding qualities - they are not just bosses, but true leaders who guide and inspire the rest of the team towards success. Working with this leadership is a rewarding experience that develops growth and collaboration.

I have the pleasure of working a few positions in a very short amount of time working with Monge & Associates (6 months). A typical day, there is no such thing. Each week our firm is celebrating something new and or encouraging firm participation with different holidays or just celebrating the work we do for our clients. I love it. We're growing so everyday is not perfect. Sometimes I find myself stressed when working with medical providers, but given the nature of the job; much is expected as far as frustration. I love that management encourages us to mature with the company and try our skills in other areas. Love that.

Training was a rush job and not focused. Work environment was compact and loud. I could barely hear my phone conversations because of the loud background noise on my end. Had to perform outside tasks such as deliver mail to mailroom and receptionist duties as well. The paralegals I worked with were not receptive to questions. One of the attorneys I worked for treated me like a seasoned legal assistant by giving me tasks that were complex even though I said this was my first experience working in Personal Injury.

At Monge & Associates, the initial onboarding experience was promising, but things began to feel disorganized quickly. Communication gaps between teams and leadership led to duplicated work and frequent misunderstandings. Although the company strives to innovate in the legal field, its internal structure needs refinement. It often felt like employees were left to figure things out independently without consistent support or training. Work-life balance was difficult to maintain, especially during busier periods. There’s potential here, but greater structure and employee-focused improvements are needed to make it a more positive work environment.

In the interview process there were a lot of promises and painted as a team more of a family. The call center is more sales based incentivized with bonuses as long as you don’t step over any toes. They have a concept that honestly isn’t followed. If you are a favorite of the the small knit management team obviously has it’s benefits but if you don’t keep your head down even if you meet goals you can be gone in a second.
