I've worked for a variety of manufacturing companies and other Sales focused companies throughout my career (20+ years) and by far, this has been the BEST COMPANY I have worked for! This is a true GEM! From the first interview with a super FUN HR Department, to the day to day workload, it's truly about a work-life balance. Their structure to listen to the employees, work together for efficiencies and incorporate success does not feel like work. 
Recently I took a plant tour and I have never seen such a clean manufacturing site. But above that, the employees were smiling and seemed to be enjoying their jobs. There is also longevity, which states the loyalty and belief in the organization. I've heard from many co-workers over the last few weeks, this is the last place they will work until retirement. Some of them have 15 + years to go. The knowledge that is shared among the team is a huge strength and that adds to the reason people want to stay. 

A typical  day at this job was rewarding from the standpoint that I was able to improve the restaurant in the cleaning process. I would start off cleaning the parking lot. I felt that was important because that was the first thing customers would see as they pulled in. I learned how important it is to do things when asked even from a customers viewpoint. This came out one day as I was working outside and a customer came through and asked me to throw trash away. As I got up to do it, He remarked how impressed he was at how quick I responded. I feel management needs help in communication sometimes. A lot of co workers were younger than myself. The hardest part of the job was being told to do different things all at the same time by three or four different people. The most enjoyable time of the job was the interaction with customers and just knowing I was providing good customer service.

Speaking from the point of view of a newly hired engineer, I have been extremely pleased with and excited about my employment. There have been some big changes in the product engineering leadership recently, but from my understanding, they were necessary to transform the team into the one I have had the pleasure of joining. As a remote employee, everyone at MooreCo has been great at introducing themselves and others to me to better integrate me into the team, and everyone seems to want to work together to make MooreCo the best company it can be. Right now is a fantastic time to start working at MooreCo!

It started out awesome loved my job turned out they not good people I was treated unfair because of the poor products they wanted out

Trying to figure out who was in control of what it changed alot very unprofessional

Loved most of the people if they were not trying to get you fired or in trouble 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
One minute you are awesome one minute you are not doing your job I never stopped working but they prefer to not to educate you on responsibility and then punished you

Good place to work, it's a 1 shift company with less than 100 employees so there is a real family n friend feel to the place n the people /this company continues to grow n evolve as it thrives to be the best school furniture manufacturer in the buisness as well as outdoor furniture n maternity n recreational vehicle furniture as well... this company is a equal opportunity buisness and really like to cross train employees to ensure each person is equipped with multiple skill sets pertaining to furniture manufacturing...GREAT PLACE ...GREAT PEOPLE 

I have been here several years. There have been a lot of improvements. Our current HR team is wonderful! They are really working hard to boost morale within the company. We are seeing a lot of changes and all have been great so far. The company does regular employee appreciation events/gifts just to let us know we are doing good and that our hard work is noticed.

very unprofessional work place for such a large growing company.
their good ol boy and mom and pop business practices may unfortunately become their downfall in the long run, once the wave of good business practices from the previous owner wears off and customers see that

There are alot of amazing hard working people. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The demand of doing more then your job description, with lack of pay, and at drop of a dime termination for any reason they see fit. No talking too, no warnings, just termination.

Environment with the right people is amazing, but the wrong us drain you.

7 to 5 to overtime depending on season

Leaving was a blessing. Doesn’t matter if they don’t like you you will be the next on a witch hunt.

How upper management has there favorites.

Stressful because you don’t know who your going to make mad

Days seem to drag out because they expect you to know everything in two day training.
