Could be more than just a company that keeps people at home but management is unorganized, and there are no training options available. They do an online training for caretaking but it does not help. They just review material.  Lack of flexibility. Management is unorganized. Communication is terrible. Corporate office in Philadelphia is not much help. Management is too busy to assist unless you’re constantly complaining as a consumer. If you are on payroll then it is hard to get straight answers since things are always changing here, no one knows what’s what anymore. 
Rules and policies change as you go, trial and error really and most days include changing your schedule last minute to adjust to the next person. No consistency at all from the ‘professionals’ 
it all sounds great until you are working there to experience the disorganized chaos. You really start to see the flaws and what they lack as you stay with the company. 
They give you many free items but that doesn’t make up for poor management. 
New Changes due to Covid have been 
(1) expansion and many new locations which seems promising, meaning they are making money during our global adjustment, but with a fractured infrastructure and lack of communication, it is concerning how they will continue to move forward without clear consistent leadership {overall and individually}
Work culture is good. Benefits should be better for the amount of people we employ, but they are working on that.

I go to clients homes and take care of them the staff in the office are great friendly people that act quickly in any situation n will always be available wen needed also if not at that moment but as soon as possible

I go to my client home  I clock in on the app thru the agency I start my day with my client take her to appts breakfast lunch n dinner bath her and remind her of her meds we go out on errands etc I work with her 12 hours every day n then clock out n go home

There's no stress. You can Work with a family member to provide care or you can work with a client. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Providing Home Healthcare consists of companionship, lite housekeeping, cooking meals, bathing, laundry, doctors appointments, grocery shopping, errands, medication reminders, anything that assists the client to remain in their home independently

Run do not accept employment.  Management is horrible, they are driven solely for profit.  Unprofessional, backbiting and deceitful.  They do not care about their employees.  Little to no training, no comp time, no sick time, no personal day---just one week of vacation after a year.  Their health plan is the worse.  They expect employees to work 150% with little to compensation---just a check.  Will fire anyone at anytime without reason or merit simply to cut cost.

I'm a caregiver, I have worked with various clients.

Going on my third year of employment, and I can say without exaggeration that this is the best organization I have ever worked.  Upper management is highly approachable and the owner encourages personal and professional growth.  The pay is excellent and there are several company perks.  Company culture is professional but relaxed and micromanagement is nonexistent.  It's nice to work in a place where I can be myself.

Moravia was a good work place for me. They not only cared for the clients , they also cared about their employees. The staff is very caring and professional people . They make sure that during the holidays that you have a decent meal for your family. The pay is good. Overall my experience there was the best that I had as an employee.
