I would not recommend working at NSPR Law. The management style is extremely toxic, characterized by a lack of true leadership and heavy micromanagement. The work culture is dominated by fear—even middle management seems to operate under constant anxiety about job security.

One major issue is the firm's focus on monitoring computer activity rather than actual work output. This approach disregards the reality of legal work, which often requires in-person meetings and other responsibilities that don't involve constant computer engagement. Despite being a law firm, they value mouse clicks and computer movement over genuine productivity or professional contribution.

There is little to no job security. Even high-performing employees are at risk if they do not meet arbitrary activity metrics. Signing documents filed with the court may offer some short-term protection, but this comes with significant risk. The firm prioritizes financial gain over ethical considerations, leaving employees to shoulder the professional and legal liability. Despite these risks, no one is safe from sudden and unjustified layoffs.

Management's short-term mindset extends to financial decisions, often resulting in the dismissal of employees simply due to cost concerns. Favoritism is also prevalent, with unqualified family members holding key positions. 

Communication is handled poorly, with management sending mass emails about terminations that only serve to heighten the culture of fear. Human Resources is ineffective. There is no formal process to address concerns or correct alleged performance issues; terminations are swift, without notice, and employees are not even given the opportunity to retrieve personal belongings.

Policies and procedures frequently change without prior notice, contributing to an unpredictable and unstable work environment. Professional growth is nonexistent, and the advertised signing bonus is misleading and often not honored. Despite their significant investment in office renovations, employee well-being is neglected—leading staff to refer to the workspace as a "golden cage."

Additionally, the firm's presence in Puerto Rico is motivated by tax incentives rather than a genuine commitment to the community. Employees are underpaid and treated as expendable, with a clear and oppressive power dynamic in place.

If you have other employment options, I strongly encourage you to pursue them. If you must accept a position here, continue your job search actively. The environment at NSPR Law is deeply demoralizing and leaves employees feeling dehumanized and traumatized by their experience.

After dedicating years of hard work and commitment to NSPRLaw, I regret to say that my experience has been deeply disappointing. Despite my efforts and contributions, I have found the compensation to be grossly inadequate and unfair.

During my time at NSPRLaw, I consistently went above and beyond my responsibilities, demonstrating my dedication and passion for the work. However, I have seen little to no acknowledgment of my efforts reflected in my compensation package.

Moreover, the company culture seems to lack appreciation for the value of its employees. There is a clear disparity between the expectations placed on staff and the rewards offered in return.

Unfortunately, despite my attempts to address these concerns with management, there has been minimal effort to rectify the situation. It is disheartening to feel undervalued and overlooked after investing so much time and energy into this company.

Overall, my experience with NSPRLaw has left me feeling disillusioned and dissatisfied. I would caution others to carefully consider the compensation structure and company culture before committing to employment here.

My experience working here has been disappointing for several reasons. The management style here was often disorganized, lacked clear direction and unresponsive to employee feedback. This made it challenging to feel supported and achieve my best work. This environment affected my overall well-being and balance. I found that the company did not prioritize career advancement or skill development. There is a lack of mentorship, training and promotion opportunities. The work culture is toxic, unsupportive, and focused only on numbers rather than employee well-being which created a stressful and sometimes unprofessional atmosphere.
For those who may have had a different experience, it’s possible they are either unaware of these issues or have come to accept the treatment and culture as normal or justified. Unfortunately, some may not realize how problematic certain dynamics are until they experience a healthier work environment elsewhere.

It's not enough they are benefiting from tax exemptions, they take great pride in their exploitation methods.

All levels of management got a strong plantation style mentality, for them you are part of a vast replaceable workforce at their disposal. Their business plan consists of a waving a carrot on a stick. They pay pennie’s to the dollar and want you crawling in the ground thru eggshells chasing their highly discretionary bonuses.

It’s the type of place that will have you working thru a construction to better the bosses offices and will be baffled if you couldn't  produce under the sound of an electric hammer. You could miss the birth of your first born in the morning and they would still fired you in the afternoon if they catch you on your phone.

Great opportunity for someone looking to be exploited and contribute to Act 60 negative effects on the island.

As far as call centers in Puerto Rico go, this company is on the decently better end of things. The facilities are newer and the open floor plan helps to make a more work friendly environment than other call centers with hundreds of cubicles. The work was very simple, I never had any tough client calls, nor was the work stress-inducing. The workplace culture is fairly positive and definitely the thing that makes the work slightly enjoyable. Everyone worked as a team, was willing to help each other, and we got along well. If you're looking for a decently better customer service experience this is a good option.

This was the most undervalue job I had I worked one whole year before I quit and ran, the amount of work vs employees is devastating for an example a group of 5 would handle a case then next week they would take the 5 and divide us for another task while still having the original task on hold, also something I saw as completely unfair was for a whole month, while assisting the paralegals with some paperworks at the end of the project they only awarded ,$1,000.00 to the paralegals but not the actual employees that did the complicated job that the paralegals didn't even want to do and that was the most hardest slap in the face I had working there.

Don't waste a second of your life, avoid at all cost. Toxic culture is embedded in its upper & middle management who all lack basic human decency. They will go out of their way to circumvent labor laws in your detriment.

Had a baby? Your parental leave will be that you better have someone to leave that baby with and get back to work. Sick? But you still clocking in right? 

Expect nothing but poor leadership, lack of respect, high turnover, no work-life balance, burnout and an abundance of  mendacity. Expect to be underpay, underestimated, understaffed, undervalued and overworked.

Don't apply to this company they will fire people like the hunger games! It's going downhill badly they are firing good people without any notice nor explanation. One day everything is going well and the next you show up to work and surprise no  entry access. Set up for failure. Drama and Gossip. Feels more like a conspiracy contest on who can climb up the ladder the fastest by the amount of people they can sabotage . You’re just a number to them they don't care about you so avoid this company.

The job is not remote, they require minimum of seven hours per day, five days per week schedule, there are bonuses and space to grow. Management does not perform micro management and is clear about tasks assigned, the workplace culture is empathetic and casual. You will work with significant amount of clients. 

A typical day is unknown calls, forms, clients complaints.   I have learned very much, specially how important reading and understanding all updates is.  Hardest part but not  impossible when clients are so upset that they won’t listen…when they all you screaming and yelling and only  want to speak with legal team when I know the answer.  Enjoy the down time breakfast and getting to know everyone.
