This is an ok company if you're looking for extra $.
Not a place to work for if you want/need Full time guaranteed hrs.
Pros:

Cons:

• no guaranteed shifts
• frequent cancellations 
• last minute cancellations 
• scheduling errors very common 
• office and management are hard to find when you 
  need them.
• facilities will contact you instead of agency during 
  the middle of the night.

They have some great staff members that will go out of their way for you but they loose the good ones often. Good luck if you need help after hrs or on weekends. The person that is on call is great but is usually left in the dark about what's going since the person doing the scheduling doesn't use the software provided by the company.

If you like flexibility and change of scenery this job is perfect! As a PRN Agency nurse, You can work as many or as few shifts as you want. Pay is great and Is deposited weekly, but next day pay is available upon approved request.

What is the best part of working at the company?
It’s ok you can get some work . But you get canceled a lot . But getting paid the next day is definitely a plus .

Cancellation , not keeping the schedule you booked .  Some company paying later than same day .

Different cultures   Some companies are hard to work at because of lack of staff and hard patients to take care of

It’s a waiting game on good facilities. Hard work definitely.

My fellow Nurses! I get to travel and meet really great colleagues.

Nothing at all because I chose my own schedule.

Awesome, best decision I ever made.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Peace of mind knowing that if I have any issues NurseStat stand’s behind me and works on resolving the problem.

This agency has some of the best workers around, but the company has some (not all) VERY poor management. The facilities hate using nurse stat to staff their facilities anymore. It’s very difficult to earn wages due to lack of shifts available. Do not expect management to have your back. Do not depend on this company as your sole income.

My main goal everyday was to ensure every patient was properly taken care of with the best of my abilities. Working side by side with my coworkers was very easy going, and I definitely learned better time management while working here.

Enjoyed traveling but getting facilities that are under an hour from me is a challenge never guaranteed a paycheck. When you do get hours you can make a lot of money. You have to be quick on your feet and able to handle anything because some places you'll go will be a nightmare. 

You get the opportunity to make your own schedule. The owner is a very kind person too. I love working for the agency.
Sometimes you may not get your 40 hrs but i work it part time anyway.
I love it.

I have been with company for 12+ years. This company allowed to grow and mature. I work a typical 8 hour shift and up to 16 hous. I like the job because of the flexibility and can work and make my own schedule.

Great place to work. Bosses are great very responsive and tentive to employees.  If you do your job, go into these facilities and have respect for your yourself, your job, and the place that employees you, you will do very well here.
