Neovance

Neovance is very inclusive and diverse in cultures. Knowing I'm helping other people get the medications they need. Having a management team: program director, program manager, supervisor and associate, that supports you and are there for you when you need them is awesome to know as well.  The hardest part of my job is the constant pressure to do more but keep doing a great job and don't sacrafice anything you're already doing. A typical day at work depends on your position with the company. For me I'm on the phone all day. Taking call after call, assisting patients, their families, doctor offices, facilities and specialty pharmacies. Helping patients, doctors, pharmacists, remove barriers that prevent them from gaining access to medications they need. Doing that is what makes my job enjoyable. Overall, Neovance is a great place to work!

I've had a genuinely great experience at Neovance. No two days look the same, which keeps the work engaging. It's the kind of environment where you can put your experience to work building structure, improving processes, and making a real impact. 

Management is accessible, aligned on goals, and genuinely open to ideas. The culture is a standout: there's a real "we're all in it together" mentality, and people are recognized for their contributions in a way that feels sincere. 

Compensation and benefits are competitive, and it's clear the company values taking care of its people. 

The hardest part can be navigating ambiguity as the company evolves, but the team is collaborative and supportive, which makes it easier. 

The most enjoyable part is knowing the work connects directly to improving patient access. That sense of purpose makes a real difference!

I’ve been working with this company through a staffing agency contract, and overall, I’ve had a positive experience. While some processes differ from what I’ve been accustomed to in previous roles, I’ve genuinely gained valuable healthcare experience during my time here. The company’s mission to help others feels sincere, meaningful, and achievable in practice.

One thing I especially appreciate is that management and senior leadership appear to truly care about employees and make an effort to listen to feedback. Even when suggestions cannot be implemented, they typically take the time to communicate the reasoning behind those decisions, which I respect.

My biggest criticism would be that some of the company’s internal tools and systems feel outdated or underdeveloped and could benefit from improvement or replacement. I have also noticed a fairly high turnover rate among supervisors and mid-level leadership positions, as several individuals in those roles have left during my relatively short time with the company, often without much communication surrounding the changes. Overall, though, I’m thankful for the experience and the opportunity to learn and grow professionally.

I am excited to work for a company whose leaders are motivated to be the best at what we do. I maintain a healthy work-life balance working remotely, with the ability to work flexible hours. My manager has been supportive from Day 1, providing me with the tools and resources I need to perform well. The biggest challenges are associated with the rebrand of Neovance (new systems, new leadership, new logos, new marketing materials and a new way of doing business). There have been several organizational changes in the past year, which is reflection of leadership's commitment to getting the right people in the right roles. Neovance is guided by a culture grounded in integrity and accountability. It's an exciting time to be a part of this organization and I'm looking forward to growing with it. 

I’ve been with this company for 12 years and have seen it evolve through multiple names, leaders, and stages of growth.  The company and culture being built today are, without question, the strongest they have ever been. A typical day at work is fast‑paced and challenging, but also collaborative and purposeful. I’ve learned how to lead through change, build scalable operations, and develop people while staying focused on quality and client outcomes.
Management today is thoughtful and forward‑looking, with leaders who are intentionally building a strong foundation for long‑term success. Workplace culture continues to improve, with increased transparency, teamwork, and an emphasis on doing the right thing for both employees and the business. The hardest part of the job is navigating constant change, but that is also what makes the work meaningful. The most enjoyable part is seeing that change result in real improvements—stronger teams, better processes, and a company that is genuinely enjoyable to work for.

Overall, it’s been a pretty positive experience working here, especially given where the company is right now. The remote work setup is a big plus and gives a lot of flexibility, and the bonus structure is solid and actually feels tied to performance.

What stands out most is the momentum. We’re still figuring some things out, but there’s a real effort to do things differently and more innovatively than in the past. Even though we’re a smaller company, we work with some really respected clients, so the work feels meaningful and impactful.

That said, we’re still defining what our culture really looks like. Since the divestiture from Fortrea, there are different versions of the company coming together, so it’s a bit of a work in progress. That’s not surprising, but it does mean some things are still evolving.

All in all, it’s a good place to be if you’re okay with a bit of change and want to be part of shaping what the company becomes.

it's NOT TRUE with today's employment market any job is a good job. Well that's definitely the case with Neovance  you may get a job with them, but the company is unstable, operates in a chaotic manner, favors contractors over employees,has no strategic vision that can be articulated, is losing clients left and right. So if you are looking for a job and you happen to get an offer from NeoVance, you should carefully consider how long you're gonna be there. They do deep layoffs every three months.  outside of my full-time job, I have a second full-time job, which is finding another place to work.

Neovance has been a great place to grow professionally over the long term. As an employee of 11 years, I’ve seen the company evolve through multiple name changes while maintaining a strong commitment to its people and its mission. The culture is centered around supporting patients and breaking down barriers to access to care, and it consistently attracts passionate employees who want to make a meaningful impact in healthcare.

The organization benefits from leadership that communicates a strong and forward-looking vision, helping employees understand the bigger picture and align their efforts accordingly. Leaders are driven, strategic, and focused on long-term growth, which creates a sense of purpose in day-to-day work. This clarity in direction enables teams to stay focused and motivated, even during challenging phases.

There was no best part working here. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Leadership is horrible, they don’t accommodate your needs, training was terrible and redundant for two months.


What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The environment is indeed micromanaged. You’re being monitored 24/7. Leadership is rude your opinions do not matter it’s very stressful. Especially when you aren’t trained properly.
