Having worked at NeuroStim TMS for over 3 years I could confidently say that this has been the most enjoyable company that I’ve ever worked for. Management was so caring to have all my needs met. Company did so well with preparing for my maternity leave- made everything stress free. I came out of college to work here and was quickly promoted to a lead tech along with other management training. Company always challenges you to work towards the next goal and works with you to promote you to your highest potential. As for working at Neurostim I treated thousands of patients and seen incredible results of patients reaching their mental health goals. There is a couple weeks of training that goes into becoming a technician- from safety to how to talk to your patients. This is a job that is rewarding. Yet may be mentally draining for some (which the management constantly checks in and works with you to make sure youre doing well.) There are so many benefits to working here.  Overall, this company will always take care of you, listen to you, and work with you to make sure that you succeed. 

I have always been a tough grader, but this company is definitely an A+, compared to the others I have worked with. For being a rapidly growing company, they really have their stuff together and not only know what they are doing, but they clearly care about their employees and their patients. I have learned a ton and grown a ton more as an employee. The owners are very passionate and driven people, and want to see their employees succeed. They are also very generous with their time and money and regularly pay out bonuses and do special things for the staff.  While the work is not always easy, being in the mental health field, it is a highly rewarding workplace because the vast majority of the patients we see get better with the TMS Therapy treatment we provide. The clinics are all very well decorated and staff and patients always feel very comfortable inside. Overall, I love my job and the people I work with at every level within the organization. I highly recommend NeuroStim!

NeuroStim is a wonderful company with very kind and caring people all the way around. Many of the company leaders are people of Christian faith and they live out their faith in a genuine way by how well they care for the staff and patients. Everyone is welcome at NeuroStim without discrimination, making this a very warm and friendly place.  I can't think of hardly anything I would change except maybe having more staff members as we sometimes get overwhelmed by how busy things get, which requires overtime or working some shift hours that are not ideal.

Having worked at NeuroStim TMS changed my life. I became empowered in myself as a pre-PA, I saw thousands of patients reach their mental health goals, I grew a sense of family and community with my coworkers and management, and I learned how the clinic runs (and as I was consistently promoted, I learned how to run it as well.) You can be certain that this job will provide you with education, leadership opportunities, wisdom, and a group of people who truly see the best in you. I wouldn't take back my 2 years at NeuroStim for the world - because of this job, I had the patient care hours, confidence, mentors, letters of rec, and sense of purpose to earn me an admission at my dream grad school. 

I love my job at NeuroStim!  It is highly rewarding (helping improve others' lives daily) with great employees and management. I have never worked for a better managed organization who cares about their employees and patients as much as NeuroStim does! The company is generous with wage increases, bonuses, and promotions and has fun company-wide events and special trainings to build teamwork and promote the inclusive culture.

NeuroStim is a great place to work. I have always felt cared for by my supervisors and the company owners. The care provided to patients is extremely thorough and there is a very high standard of excellence expected, and delivered, on a daily basis. The service provided, TMS Therapy, is life-changing for the majority of patients who get treated and highly rewarding for the staff who get to witness amazing testimonials all the time. I highly recommend NeuroStim TMS as a company!

The company genuinely cares about its employees and its patients.  There is a genuine feeling of family and the leadership team is top notch. They pay attention to details and whenever changes are suggested they are very quick to act and implement the changes. They also give regular raises to their employees and promote them into leadership positions.

NeuroStim is a great place to work. The management team are all very caring people who really care about their staff.  The patient care is consistently strong and there is a high level of commitment to the company's mission.  

This organization is truly a wonderful place to work. I have never felt so cared for and encouraged anywhere I have ever worked before. The work is also very rewarding, and you get to watch the meaningful impact of your work with each week that passes. 

There is lots of room for growth within the company as long as you are putting in the work and wanting to exceed. Money is a big incentive for a lot of people and bonuses/raises are frequently given (based on performance, of course). Overall the best place i've ever worked at.
