I often felt scrambling for answers. I did not find support when I was overworked. I found managers looks down at me if I did not know a certain term that completely new to me. Management is a tight group, they had created a very harsh and toxic culture that is based in favoritism, nepotism and lack of respect. 
The day is not structured and flow of work is often very chaotic and you could get blamed for mistakes while you are still in training. In fact you could get fired on the spot. No true metrics and you could be working so hard and some other employee is spending hours for lunch break. They really know what's going on and they do not care. It is very hard to realize that you are treated a below their IQ if you bring a real feedback and you will be radiculed. The hardest part is not knowing where you stand with this company that expect loyalty but has no loyalty to its employees. the most enjoyable part if the work is the quality and the purpose. Sadly I was so stressed myself and did not want to become a sick patient because of this environment. It was a difficult experience feeling bullied and isolated. I left. I hope management pay attention to those people working for them. I think 5 star reviews are written by the original 21 praising themselves. Not from real true new employees

The expectation of management is for you to do 20 jobs and not what you are actually hired to do. Your job description states you have xyz task but what hey do not tell you is that you will be completing the job of 5 people with no additional pay. They slowly start to add task once you start and if you refuse you are looked at as noncompliant. They turn their heads to new ideas and the training of staff is horrible. There are certain departments that have it together and others that do not. This place is chaotic, very unorganized, stressful and upper management shows favoritism. This company lacks guidance, an identity, has no forward-thinking ability and refuses to listen to the staff. 

It is no surprise that the turnover here is through the roof. The peole running this place only care about squeezing every dollar they can, no matter who gets crushed in the process. Employees are pushed to their limits with impossible demansd, and there is no concern whatsoever for patient care or staff well-being. The workload is unbearable, and cutting corners has become the norm just to keep up with the chaos created from the top. Every decision feels careless and greedy, with no thought for the damage it causes to both employees and patients. 

The work environment is deeply impacted by the Directors of Operations, whose leadership style creates a toxic and unsustainable culture. While the staff are dedicated, compassionate, and work extremely hard, they are often unsupported and undervalued. There is minimal opportunity for growth or development, and concerns raised especially by employees of color are frequently dismissed or ignored. Turnover is extremely high, which speaks volumes. Unless there are significant leadership changes, I would not recommend this workplace.

There is not much good to say about this company- it was the worst company I have ever worked for. Management was absolutely terrible- micromanaging, not enough training but you were expected to know exactly what you were doing, constantly criticized. The management never listened. You were expected to not move from a desk. I felt guilted any time I had to take time off. I was constantly stressed out. It was a waste of time working here- I would honestly say to avoid this place at all cost unless you have no other option. 

One of the most emotionally draining experiences I've ever endured in healthcare. There was no consistent leadership, no communication strategy, and absolutely no respect for staff well-being. We were treated like disposable tools, shuffled around to meet management's last-minute whims, all while being gaslit into thinking this chaos was "normal". The environment was driven by control and ego, not compassion or competence. As a Clinical Nurse, I felt stripped of both professional autonomy and basic human respect. 

Terrible management and they don’t care about any employee that isn’t related to the “original 21” is what they call themselves. Turnover is insane almost everyone that started out a year ago has been fired or left on their own. Management has been recorded by other employees when asking for reasons to fire current employees. HR is a complete joke and might as well be nonexistent. Do not work here if you like a peace of mind.

Staying motivated in this place is nearly impossible with management as incompetent, hostile, and relentlessly demanding as this. Leadership makes reckless, damaging decisions that create chaos, then piles on absurd expectations no one could reasonably meet. The moment you seek help, they lash out in anger instead of offering support. The only thing that kept me from walking out sooner was the solidarity of my coworkers. Without their support, I would have escaped this toxic environment long ago.

Just don’t do it. Management will take advantage of you every chance they can, they will gaslight you and make you feel horrible.  Turnover is so high because of it. Asked to work multiple jobs with no additional pay, will offer you a position just to take it away when they find someone better, and they micromanage like crazy. When I finally decided I had had enough, other coworkers told me they were experiencing the same thing. 

This role drowns you in paperwork on top of constant rush tasks and unreasonable timelines. Trying to keep up becomes the daily routine, and the long hours never seem to end. The demands are overwhelming, the stress is nonstop, and the exhaustion hits hard. The only saving grace is that the team understands its responsibilities and works hard to keep things as organized as possible, but even that is not enough to balance out how draining this place can be.
