NItto is a large Japanese company.  There is disconnect with corporate management, higher management at site, and employees.  There is much disparity for salary, and as a new company in the biotech field, not typical management.  Overall, an average workplace, but pipeline/outlook is good.

A lot of people come from different backgrounds when you come to work, but we should all be speaking English when disscussing work or in meetings.  This is not the case here, Chinese and Japanese are heard in hallways pretty much everyday.

I have been here a long time. The CEO is not so great. The culture there is bit lacking, but the supervisors there are the best in the business. I wish I could have my old boss again.

Good benefits, stable employment, friendly employees, ability for advancement, occasionally overwhelmed with required tasks. Fast paced, can be stressful.

Stable Japanese Flexible Technology Company. Good to work here but there are ethnic discrimination at work place.

A great place to learn new thing everyday. Unique team work environment.
