I have never been so stressed at a job in my life. the people are rude and the work overload is insane. management does not care about you wether you are sick or have family stuff going on, they only care about having a body in the building to work. best part is the residents 

North Shore Health was one of the most toxic places I have ever worked. It was a horrible environment to work in. It began with the administrator. When the bottom line is all about money and not employee or patient wellbeing, you know things are bad. 😕 Do not recommend!!!

I’ve worked here for about 6 months and i’ll say the administration here is great. They care a lot about the facility and residents. Always making sure the policies are in the best interest of residents but also fair to the employees.

They will terminate you with out any reason, notice or written warning! Beware waste of time and energy. If you are friend with high ranking staff you are fine even though you don't know your job!

No support for nurses, CNA are unprofessional and lazy, lots of bullying and load is very heavy. Management has poor communication and unsupportive. No room for advancement within the location. 

Great learning opportunity for new medical assistants that just graduated from school. Fast paced and takes walk ins. Not a bad place to start your medical assistant career 

Most days are good, some really suck. Management is better than a lot of places. Quality of care is better than most as well. Some policies are unnecessary 

Company pays good  facilities can be understaffed and equipped which can make it a very challenging job. When there’s no coordination in the office, working the floor can be difficult.

I enjoyed my time here. Management was great. Lots of opportunities for growth. Co workers were always helpful. Patients were always a blast to work with.
