The office team is very hard working, constantly putting patient care first. we include the clinicians in monthly meetings to ensure cohesiveness as a whole. The RN clinical supervisor is amazing and cares for all patients, clinicians, office staff, marketers. As a whole this company is moving forward on a path to a better culture and environment for its employees. I would recommend anyone to work here for opportunities of advancement, as well as opportunities to learn and grow from the Clinical supervisor.

The friendly staff which are accommodating and professional.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing stressful. You manage your own schedule.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I am treated warmly and professionally when in the office. Each staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It varies from day to day. It depends on how many patients I am scheduled to visit.

A typical day is coming and getting done what needs to be done. I've learned how to be patient and understand that I have to be ready to answer questions. I believe management is getting better as time goes on. Everyone is great and we all work hard. Is when I feel that my duties are not done at the end of the day. I look forward to coming to work every day because I get to see everyone and enjoy helping and making sure my work is done.

Office environment is better than most. Upper management is off-site but micromanages everything in Office.  No real structure or organization to position, you play it by ear according to what DON/Owner prioritizes for the day. Orientation to position is nonexistent. Case management has little to do with patient care and more about billing. Petty and demeaning feedback without acknowledging lack of communication and structure.  Absolutely a mess. 

I've been with this company for 7 years as an RN and the growth has been impeccable. The office staff is so friendly and they always make sure to get my concerns met. I don't have a hard time getting time off which is also a plus. This is probably the best company that I have worked for. 

Lack of support from management and team leaders. There was a lack of communication between the management team and employees. Would be better off at another company with better management. 

This company provides enjoyable working experience with clients and do not disappoint with celebrating and showing employee appreciation. This company helps out a lot.

Micromanaging, favoritism, and personal problems brought into the workplace. No room for growth and the pettiness is real. People come and go because no one is secure in their position. 

Nurturing Home Healthcare is a very professional company. There is a great team working together to deliver excellent patient care services. Team members are helpful and fun to work with.

There is always something to do from 8:30 to 5:00. I like that, I like to stay busy I wish we had more hours during the day to get the work done, I love what I do.
