I have been with the company for over two years, and I can confidently say that I truly enjoy my role here. My growth within the organization has been rapid, largely due to my skills, and I have consistently felt valued and supported by upper management. While the job is demanding and carries significant responsibility, we are fortunate to have a dedicated team that ensures everything runs smoothly, with upper management always providing support when needed.

The company offers performance-based bonuses, flexible schedules, and the benefit of working remotely, which are all excellent advantages. I am genuinely grateful for this opportunity and wouldn't change anything about my experience. I highly value my colleagues and the team we have built together. I also appreciate the strong presence of women in the company, which fosters a sense of camaraderie and empowerment.

I've never experienced a place so draining, controlling, and outright disrespectful in my entire career. Every day felt like walking on eggshells; the environment was so hostile that even simple questions turned into confrontations. You could feel the tension the moment you logged in. It's the kind of place that makes you question your sanity, not your skills. 

The management is control freaks. They micromanage every little detail and expect blind obedience. There's zero room for initiative, and if you try to suggest something, get ready to be shut down or blamed for things beyond your control. The communication style borders on abusive, with constant criticism and zero appreciation. You could give everything you have, and it still wouldn't be enough. 

The workload is unbearable, and the so-called support system is just another layer of pressure. You'll work through your breaks, answer calls until your voice gives out, and still be told you're not doing enough. They'll demand last-minute schedule changes, ignore your personal boundaries, and then pretend it's part of the job. It's a toxic cycle of exhaustion that leaves you physically and mentally done by the end of the day. 

Back to back nutrition counseling for patients primarily referred by doctors during a time block of four hours.
We provide medical nutrition therapy in areas of: weight / high blood pressure/high cholesterol/triglyceride management, nutrition for pregnancy, diabetes, teen/child/infant nutrition, vegan/vegetarian, nutrition for optimal health, disordered eating including compulsive & emotional overeating
We providing an approach to good nutrition encompassing not only education but also lifestyle, genetic and environmental factors. Assessing possible emotional and physiological influences as to why an issue may be occurring.  Assisting  clients in goal-setting and in achieving their health goals.

Hardest part is sticking to 10-15 minutes consults per patient. There is compensation for charting at 10 minutes per patient, but charting can easily take longer depending on how efficient and thorough one is.

The enjoyable part is witnessing change - weight loss and/or improvement in lab results based on guidance given.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Other than meeting with the patients, the best part of the job is that you get to create your own schedule. Which allows RD's to build and provide a work/life balance that is right for them.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The time requirements that are needed to make each consult count, and the limited amount of transition time in between patients during a shift.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everyone is super friendly, professional, and I haven't experienced any drama which is a wonderful thing to have at any work environment. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day is meeting with patients, completing the charting, and communicating with the front office staff of when I start and end each nutrition consult.

If you value your well-being, run in the opposite direction. Working here is a nightmare that drains every ounce of your energy. The conditions are appalling, the people in charge have no sense of fairness, and the entire place reeks of disregard for those actually doing the work. Every day feels like walking into a storm of pressure and chaos just to survive another shift. Schedules are impossible, back-to-back patients with no time to breathe, and yet perfection is demanded as if you're some kind of machine. There's no real support, no understanding, just constant orders and last-minute demands. You're called at odd hours to cover shifts, your time-off requests are ignored, and you're made to feel guilty for daring to need rest. The control is suffocating — every minute of your day is micromanaged while you're paid far less than the weight of the work you carry. It's degrading, exhausting, and utterly disrespectful.

I’ve been working at this company for a while now, and I have to say, it’s been a great experience. The work environment is super positive, and everyone really works together as a team. It’s nice to feel like you’re part of a group that has your back and wants to help each other succeed.
The management here is awesome too. They’re always willing to step in and help out when needed, and they’re really open to change. If something isn’t working, they’re flexible and willing to make adjustments, which makes a huge difference.
Working from home is such a game-changer. You get all the perks of a flexible schedule, no commute, and the freedom to create your own workspace. Despite being remote, communication is great, and it still feels like you’re part of a tight-knit team.
Overall, this is an amazing place to work, especially if you’re looking for flexibility and a supportive team.

What is the best part of working at the company?
It's never a dull moment since we have so many types of different patients we see.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I can now pick the amount of hours I want to work per day depending on the day.  I can't say there is much stress if I am prepared for the day.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The front office people are so sweet and helpful, the RD team is fun and we have lots of things in common, and the management team is very supportive, helpful, and available.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I log in and see my patients, do charting, ask questions when I need to, we meet often with the team, and we also communicate in the chats for birthdays, monthly themes, and sometimes get together with the local RDs.

I have worked there since just before the company went completely remote in June 2020. I got a raise at 6 months and a bonus at christmas, which i was not expecting. The managers are good, they have given me time off when i ask and give plenty of notice, when i asked the day of they said no. understandable i think. When I asked to change my schedule because of school they did and have encourged me and asked me about school all the time. They seemed true interested in my life. I really like that.  Being able to work from home and the support they provide has made work here nice. They do set goals and provide training and feedback if I don't reach the goals but they are alway support and give encouragemnt. The memes the coo uses in the chats are funny. 

As an RD, I felt overworked and unappreciated all the time. They stopped accepting my time-off requests, and they always asked me to cover extra shifts. I had no time between patients to read any notes or be up to date with their progress, and I was expected to do all my charting during my time off. I had very bad experiences with upper management, the owner of the company made it clear she only cared about how many patients you saw in a day. They expected me to be ready to work every time, and got mad the few times I had family emergencies and had to call off. The only positives were my Spanish-speaking patients and seeing their progress, and the office staff who were always so nice and helpful during shifts. 

The owners create a toxic environment filled with hostility and disrespect. They talk down to employees, yet expect constant output without fair compensation. The pay is insulting, especially considering how much is demanded from you every single day. The moment you ask for a vacation or even mention taking time off, you're suddenly treated like a freeloader—as if you're stealing from them instead of earning what you're owed. 

It's outrageous and demoralizing. They make it clear that your well-being means nothing to them. Sure, you might get some flexibility or remote work, but none of that makes up for the way you're treated. This place drains you mentally and emotionally. If you have any self-respect, you'll stay far away.
