A typical workday at OzNet starts with bootcamps  on self-development and motivation from the CEO, followed by in-depth training from the team leaders. Then you head out to the field to meet business owners, build relationships with them, and sell them products. At the end of the day, you go over your numbers and plan for the next day. From this position, I learned about the importance of being prepared, believing in yourself, and presenting yourself in the right way. The management style is family-like. They make themselves very available to help their people. They also have weekly “team nights” where the team goes out to eat together. They make a concerted effort to have a fun and jovial atmosphere. The only difficult part about this job is to be successful, you need to be fully committed. That’s a good thing for the right people, but if, like me, you cannot and are distracted, then it becomes more difficult. The most enjoyable part about the job is you get to work with a leadership team that truly cares about you, your mental well-being and your success. You also get to meet and network with a lot of business owners. If you work the job correctly, it can be extremely fulfilling.

The Leadership team has a commitment to excellence and a supportive team environment.  They offer a comprehensive training program and resources available which have equipped me to succeed in the dynamic world of B2B sales. A fast-paced environment of a B2B sales firm which can be invigorating and may not suit everyone's preference.  The nature of the role often requires dedication and a competitive nature.  However, for those who thrive in dynamic settings and enjoys the challenge of exceeding expectations, this can be seen as an opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Great company culture with a high-energy, team-first environment. Management was encouraging, and everyone pushed each other to grow and succeed. Oz Net was a great place to start my sales career. The company culture was upbeat, competitive, and team-driven. I gained real-world experience selling face-to-face, learned how to overcome objections, and grew more confident in my communication skills. Management was supportive and pushed you to grow every day. If you're looking to build a strong sales foundation and be part of a motivated team, it's a great place to be.

I have worked at OZ Net Inc for over two years, and it has been a fantastic experience overall. The company provides ample opportunities for professional development, with regular training sessions and chances to take on challenging projects. The leadership is approachable and encourages innovation, which helped me grow both technically and personally.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
First hour you get training, then you go out to a territory which is usually far, so that's already like an extra 40 minutes of driving. Gas reimbursement is almost none

The environment was unhealthy while working there. I saw a turnover rate of at least 85% while working there, to the point where people join and left the company after one day working with Oz Net. If you can’t get sales, they say something is wrong with you and don’t offer much help as to why sales aren’t coming in- not even considering the products they have to offer being unappealing to most people. Personally, I can’t recommend working here.

Having worked here for a while now I can truly say it’s been a great environment to be in. I moved to the area not knowing anyone and now I don’t just have workmates, but friends.
The job itself have taught me extremely valuable skills for growth and life in general, it’s definitely been a great place to grow thanks to the opportunities available to us. If you want to someday be a business owner, this is the place to learn how and actually have the access to do so.

OZ Net offers a very positive and supportive work environment. Daily training sessions take place in the office, and team members consistently support one another in achieving their goals. My time at OZ Net has been a valuable learning experience, enhancing my knowledge of sales and collaboration with business owners. Additionally, there are numerous opportunities for career advancement within the company, making it a great place for professional growth.

Exciting work environment and culture. Lots of team synergy. Great start for college grads or those starting their careers. The trainers are very thorough in their sales training and team development. The office sets daily goals with each person and helps them achieve it.

Typical day is getting to the office at 7 am for a pointless workshop, before they send you out do go door to door to businesses trying to force them into buying a product. Work life balance is horrible, they expect you to spend all of your time either in the office or working on something at home in the 3 hours of free time you might have each day.
