A typical day working here involves you doing your work, and the work of  a colleague(s) who refuses to do thiers.  The "team" mentality is pushed, but no body wants to work.  I didnt really learn anything while employed about my job other than the majority do not have licenses for anything. 
Management lacks communication skills and surrounds itself in drama. Work place bullying is allowed, which makes for a very toxic work environment.  
The most difficult part of the job isnt the job itself, it is constantly having to watch out for issues that some colleagues set you up for in order to place disciplinary action and documentation against you.  HR is in Tennessee,  so that makes it extremely difficult to reach out which is usually done over Teams.  
The toxic work environment was so bad that i found nothing enjoyable about being there.   

Upper management will lie to you from day one. They make empty promises to provide you with the resources you need to effectively do your job, and when you don't meet their goals they get rid of you.

The only thing that matters to management is money. They do not care about their employees, patients, or the research data they collect. 

Your site will be understaffed. You will do the work of 5 people and they will always demand more. 

You will not be able to produce quality work or properly care for your patients. But as long as you're making money, management doesn't care. 

Do not work here unless you want your work/life balance destroyed and your integrity as a research professional ruined. 

Proceed with caution…If you do accept an offer don’t plan on staying long. Corporate will say they care about their sites and the employees there but they only care about those who agree with them and by “them” I mean the VP’s and those who think like them or build their confidence. If you don’t do either of those than your days are number. They will lie, cheat and backstab to climb their way to the top. They say they care about the patients but they only care about the numbers and getting more and more visits each month. It’s never enough. And if you feel overworked than it’s something you must be doing wrong, it couldn’t possibly be that you have to much work on your plate. Corporate will even say that to the physicians they are “partnered” with. Absolutely no respect. 

They  champion "promoting from within", which sounds great until you realize management has no idea what they are doing. The only people still with this abysmal company are those who don't realize they ARE the problem, making improvements impossible. I went from a much more secure and prestigious institution on the promise of the "potential", and never seeing the "potential" come my way, I wanted to move on. My initial supervisor told me on week 3 at the company they were at the company "for life"; they left for greener pastures 3 months ago. Don't be like me and fall for their sales pitch, be better than me; work ANYWHERE else. 

Do not work for this company this place only cares to receive more money in their pockets than anything. They abuse their workers so much regarding seeing patients. They lie and say it’s patient care first but the more pts they have the happier they are. Their attendance policy is terrible makes you feel like jail. Management cares only for themselves and the they fake everything on interviews, they don’t allow anyone to grow within the company unless they like you. This place has given me so much stress. Do not work here and if you do I’m sure you are planning to leave like I did. Worst company you can work for they do not know what they’re doing. 

Previous Regional Director of 3 clinics. My assigned clinics were struggling financially when I began but I was able to change that direction. I developed very close relationships with my 15 employees and in doing so realized all of the mistakes being made was because of lack of appropriate training. A major cause of lack of training was lack of understanding the weekly system changes....best of luck 

Worked here for over a year as a research coordinator.The site is lacking a severe oversight in management.

 The current Site manager lacks severe communication skills to employees and definitely a lack  of training for new hires.The company is very chaotic and changes from week to week!The company also has unrealistic expectations for recruitment and screening of patients.I would not recommend the position if you are looking for a professional atmosphere! 

Positive reviews here are from management, I would bet. My sincere advice is to take another job. The lack of real benefits (ie supportive healthcare package for an affordable price relative to other places I’ve worked, time off, etc) is sincerely troubling. This company views you as a “resource” without commensurate recognition of your humanity, will micromanage and track you, won’t train you, and have some truly bad management and staff. Look elsewhere. You have been warned.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic environment as lots of stress everyday due to many research studies pile up. Management was horrible and nobody know what to do to move forward.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Patient schedule, ICF, lab sample handling, EKG, data collection and some regulatory work

Management is so bad that they only listen to one side and accuse employees for the lack of numbers and incompetence when there was literally no training for new position to learn and grow. After the leadership changed, it got even messier and this place no longer holds any mission but all about making revenue and see us as their working bees. NEVER WORK HERE. GET OUT ASAP. The worst place I’ve ever worked.
