I am a month into my role here. So far everyone has been very helpful and accommodating. I have enjoyed getting to know my peers and other colleagues as well. My direct reports seem to be mature, responsible adults (which is a nice change!) The department I work in is small but I like it better that way - easier to create and maintain lasting, working relationships. 

Overall the working environment is very laid back. The atmosphere is one of reflection and collaboration (so far.) The office area has an open layout which is nice (lots of natural day light!) Not too noisy for being out in the open. The building is fairly new (for the Kentucky location) and it's nice that everything stays pretty clean, consistent office cleaning (my trash is emptied every night without me asking.) The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The cafeteria is very nice as well but a little small (it is for a smaller location with a smaller number of employees.) They offer Fresh Market options (soda, chips, cookies, etc.) for purchase which is nice. Office equipment seems to be newer and well intact. Laptops are functioning - phones are touch screen and have great audible quality. Lots of desk space for me and my role though I have heard several people say they don't have enough room (so I really think it comes down to your job function and what you need to be efficient at that job.) Overall, there aren't any issues with people eating or drinking at their desks and I have not witnessed spills or messes which is also a change! People seem to pick up after themselves in the cafeteria and main work office.

The pay is probably going to be the best thing about this company (for most people.) I think they do truly evaluate market averages to ensure they are paying a fair wage to the various employees based on their duties/functions. As a supervisor, I believe the pay is both competitive and fair. 

My experience with management so far has been pretty positive. Most of them seem pretty helpful and willing to listen to questions or concerns. The biggest issue I see is having to make multiple requests for information or actions to be sent/completed. This can be frustrating for both employees and management. 

Communication within the company seems to be decent but there are areas for improvement of course. Overall, it seems there are gaps in knowing which departments to include on certain emails or conference calls (this can lead to lost time and lack of efficiency.)

The area where the office is located is nice enough but super busy with traffic in the morning and evenings. I would suggest anyone that lives further than 10 miles away really consider their commute and how important (or not important) it is to them. I live in the Highlands area and drive to Anchorage every day - if there is one car accident, it can completely screw up my commute. Just some food for thought...

Onco360 preaches a great work-life balance so your time off is your time off!  Onco puts patient care at its top priority and makes that known.  You're to treat everyone with dignity and respect (our clients are going through a lot).  They have flexible scheduling (depending on your job role).

I'm not going to fluff it, this isn't a place to "slack off", you're here to do a job and management expects that!  This is a workplace you come in ready to give 100%, and I feel like that is reflected in the salary ranges and comp packages they offer employees.  That said, when it's time to relax and take a break, the office has an open floor plan with several couches and chairs, a nice break room, an outdoor patio for nice days and a wooded trail next to a creek if you want to take a walk!  They bring in lunches for employees from time to time which is nice as well.

The CEO (Paul) regularly walks around and greets everyone as do many of the managers.  I haven't met anyone here that is unfriendly.  It's a large company so it takes a while to get to know everyone, their job roles, etc.
HR Does an excellent job at the on-boarding process, it's very straightforward and they were extremely helpful with any questions I had even after I started (and I had a LOT of questions).

Onco360 is growing, FAST.  And any company experiencing rapid growth has growing pains so everyone is also learning as they go.  Things are constantly being optimized and made more efficient so if you don't like "change" you may want to look at a smaller organization.  However, that growth also means opportunity for advancement.  I have seen so many people move up because they have become experts in their department and that rapid growth created opportunity for advancement.

This isn't the easiest job I've ever had but it's the most rewarding.  Come on, you get to help people with cancer!!!

Simply put; there are much better companies to work for. The benefits are terrible, insurance is expensive, and coverage is minimal at best. Tuition reimbursement is not even enough to cover the cost of books. You get minimal vacation time and zero sick time. If you get sick, you have to use your vacation time and question if you can afford to go to the doctor with your terrible insurance.

If you find yourself working for Onco360 know that the position you were hired in for, will be the position you will always be in. You will most likely not have any opportunity to be promoted.  

Management has created a terrible environment for the employees. Not only does management not trust their employees work, but they belittle you if you do not have an upper management title. Throughout my tenure at Onco360 I have personally experienced and witnessed sexist behavior from most upper management. 

The employees in the Human Resources department seem to have little to no experience working in a professional HR office. If an employee has a complaint or an issue, it is not addressed, nor is there any follow up on the issue. It seems as though they are not even sure how to handle employee issues or complaints no matter how big or small. HR seems to only care about the company and management. If you have less than a management title you are not taken seriously and may be reprimanded if you have an issue that paints the company or a member of management in a bad light.  Seemingly, the policies in the Onco360 manual only have to be followed by employees that HR does NOT approve of. If you find yourself in the good graces of the HR department the manual does not apply to you, congratulations. 

In short I would not recommend this company. I am not one to write a review good or bad but I felt compelled to write one on my experience at Onco360. I hope this helps you with your decision.

It's important to note that I left a review of the company when I first started. Indeed makes it challenging to leave an additional review if you have already completed one but I think it's important when exiting a company to rereview.

Even having the ability to work 100% remotely due to Covid, it was impossible to continue to work for this company. The company talks about their culture as if it's saving lives and the truth is the culture fluctuates depending on what department you work in. When I first started, the company was fine. The people I worked with were generally great and good at their jobs but as things progressed I saw how the egos of certain management/departments took precedence over the concerns that employees tried to voice. I was personally berated on more than one occasion by 2 different people in the same department and nothing ever really even happened to them from a discplinary perspective as far as I know. In addition, no one knows how to "stay in their own lane." They constantly promote people who have no business being promoted and it's almost a game of who can have the longest title in the company. It's ridiculous.  

They play favorites with their employees and departments; although I had 2 really great bosses during my time at Onco I don't really feel like they ever stood up for me or my direct reports which was extremely disheartening and ultimately while I chose to leave. Management does not truly support the employees.

Working at Onco360 presented several challenges, primarily due to management and the company's resistance to technological innovation. The prevailing attitude of "we've always done it this way" often set employees up for failure, as there was little openness to adopting better tools or processes.

The management style is characterized by micromanagement, a lack of emotional intelligence, constant oversight, and rigid adherence to policy. This created a high-pressure and unsupportive environment, leaving little room for trust and eroding autonomy. As a result, it was difficult to feel valued or effective in my role.

Performance Improvement Plans, which were frequently issued, often included subjective issues such as vague feedback without specific examples or measurable goals. This approach made it feel more like a formality to justify eventual termination rather than a genuine effort to support development.

My work was frequently backchecked, and my manager had Microsoft Teams notifications turned on to monitor my activity. This type of management style, along with the company's broader culture, played a significant role in my challenges.

I would advise being prepared for a high-pressure environment with limited autonomy and support. It's important to advocate for yourself to ensure your needs are met. I hope the company invests in leadership training to develop better emotional intelligence and management practices.


My job is a great fit for my skills, likes and strengths, while still challenging me strive to be better. The job is changing all the time, which keeps it interesting and on your toes. Onco360 does a great job of balancing the health of the company and the health and happiness of the employees. The medical benefits could be a little better but they are far from the worst. I also very much appreciate the trust the company has in me and them affording me the ability to work remotely. 

Unfortunately, the work hours are somewhat limited so those who prefer to work late/overnight, are not available. I work based off Eastern time zone, so it’s early hours and/or your more standard 9-5 type shifts. I also would like to try to get my position reclassified in legal terms, so that I could be able to work later hours, however this has certainly not been a deal breaking hurdle, but more of a would be nice to have sort of thing. 

A Doctorate of Pharmacy does not make you inherently qualified to manage or direct human capital or the business division of an organization. Effective communication skills have not evolved. This is not optional, it's critical. Why haven't directors and C-level executives invested money in training and ongoing management training for the betterment  of  their employees? Has the company invested money in leadership conferences? Mgmt needs to have continued and productive leadership conferences. Mgmt needs training classes before being promoted to leadership roles.I have professionally outgrown the unproductive and unduly burdensome drama b/t pharm ops and fiance ops. There is room for growth at Onco360 but the organization is too small to avoid the disfunction and cultural issues of management.  No organization gets everything correct, but lack of training, continued high turnover and poor communication will at some point start effecting your bottom line, patients. Time to move on and create new opportunities somewhere else.

This place is the worst. Management is lazy and have too many fake meetings to improve NOTHING. If you want to be stressed have at it. Overworked, underpaid and unappreciated! There is no growth in the company unless you are friends of someone. No one is held accountable for their part in their job and all the blame falls back on inbound techs who literally carry the bulk of the work load and lowest pay. The RPHs all hate their life and the job. They are miserable and have nasty attitudes. Don’t expect a raise. Lack of training and no one is ever on the same page. You will be criticized for every little mistake you make and get faulted for what another dept failed to do. If you want to keep your mental health I suggested you stay far away. Their turn over rate is high and if they continue to be short staffed and treat their ONCOLOGY patients the way they do they will be shut down in the next 2-5 years. 

Enter at your own risk. There are so many other jobs out there that will appreciate you. 

Onco360 is a toxic company where managers and executives regularly mock and belittle employees. Blame for mistakes is always passed down the chain and the culture is that of a high school.

The only positive thing is pay but its honestly not worth it. The departments do not communicate well with each other and even asking simple questions can come with unprofessional responses from those asked.

HR does little to help employees and shields executives from any blame. Of course this is because the executives rule by fear and certainly don't care much for the employees.

There is little to no project management and, at least for me, directors start more projects than humanly possible to work on and expect all of them done in a short time frame. Expect your director to change your job role after you start if the change would help bring them credit or offload THEIR work on to you.

Do not put Onco360 high on your priorities unless you must. Its not a good place to work for.

I have worked at various specialty, mail order, and retail pharmacies. I applied for a job at Onco on a last minute whim, and I am genuinely very glad I did. I feel an extreme amount of pride in my work, and I feel as though my manager has personally pushed me to become a better and more reliant person. I feel like my job actually matters. While there are issues, just like with any job, this is the most positive work environment I have ever been a part of. They push me, encourage me, and give me feedback when needed. I personally feel like the team I work with is made up of some of the most intelligent and driven people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I cannot speak on the workings of other departments, but I am proud to be a part of a team who goes above and beyond every day.
