They are a good company in terms of pay, management, and support, but you’re harassing people for medical debt. It was not for me and it stressed me out. I often felt nervous talking to people because many of these people are still dealing with the medical issues that they have the debt for. Many frustrated and upset customers who had insurance and their debt was sold prematurely to OneMnetHealth. I spoke with many people who had tried to figure their debt out before it went to collections bur it was a failure. Many customers are given the run around and we didn’t even have their account in our system yet. Really ridiculous because they’re mad and then take it out on the agent and we literally can’t do anything because we don’t have their account on file.

The agents make the job great and fun to be at work .

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The management and the changes that always a occur

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Working in this environment is stressful due to a lot of inconvenience to the departments and changes always being implemented 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Log in the computer, clock in and bring up all systems required , then sign into the phones and start pulling up patients accounts and making outbound calls and following scripts , document accounts and setup payment plans or take payments, leave voicemails . Then if any inbound calls come through the queue, answer then in read the script and help the patient

Amazing staff and transparency of expectations. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Calling patients that are unaware of their medical bills 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Laid back and the culture is friendly 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Calling a minimum of 25 patients an hour

- I've seen & been in multiple meetings where executive leaders care & do the best for the employees in the org
- Collaborative environment where organizations are willing to support others outside of org / fill knowledge gaps / assist in process improvement
- Results based org where time available isn't dictated

One Mnet Health does a good job of watching out for their employees.  Doing their best to help them achieve personal goals.  They strive to be a force of good in the industry, making improvements and strived forward.  They listen to feedback and suggestions from their people and customers.

At first I loved this job! You are always called in and lectured about everything you do wrong. They go out of the way to find your bad calls. Not really helpful when you need some help. At first I seen them as family but you are definitely just a number. Lack of support 

It's a medical bill collection call center type of job. It's not hard but pretty much driven by repetitive responses towards every scenario of when you call a patient and they hang up on you since you're trying to get them to pay up.

This company is going places and I'm thrilled to be a part of that journey! There is a strong sense of belonging and not just being an employee but a part of a team. 

It's a great work from home experience. It's collections, management is as helpful as they can be. The pay is pretty good for part time, if you're hitting commission, especially.
