I joined Ovation Law about three months ago, and honestly, it’s been a great experience so far. It took me a couple of weeks to get the hang of things, but management is super supportive and easy to talk to. Whenever you have questions or need help, they’re always there to guide you.

A typical workday demanded highly focused legal work, which was the most enjoyable aspect alongside the fair compensation, and required diligent time logging via strict tools like Hubstaff, providing significant professional growth in case management skills and exposure to high-level standards, especially under the commendable guidance of the Director. However, this environment of intense digital accountability was undermined by its management culture, characterized by excessive micromanagement and a shocking lack of procedural integrity. The hardest aspect was witnessing the Chief Operating Officer (COO) execute sudden, undocumented terminations, which lacked any due process, policy adherence, or evidence a fundamental contradiction to the firm's identity as a legal institution, further compounded by an observable insensitivity to employee welfare, particularly following natural disaster hardships.

Ovation is the best job I’ve ever had. As a current employee who has been working here for nine months, I can confidently say that this is an amazing place to work with a supportive and high-energy environment.

I took this position based on promises made during the interview, particularly regarding income potential. The manager claimed that top performers could earn an additional $8K per month with spiffs, but in reality, not even the best reps come close to making a quarter of that.

The company has overhired salespeople, leading to a severe shortage of quality leads. New hires are stuck dialing extremely aged leads—many of whom don’t even remember filling out a form—resulting in hundreds of calls just to get a single response.

The work environment is overly rigid, with management being extremely strict about tardiness and dress code. Employees have been fired on the spot for minor infractions, creating an unnecessarily stressful atmosphere.

If you're looking for a stable, high-earning sales role with fair management, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Ovation is a solid company if you’re looking for a job that actually rewards effort. Been here almost a year, and I can say if you work hard, you’ll see the results. The commissions, bonuses, and prizes make it worth it, and management is really supportive.

That being said, it’s not for everyone. If you’re not comfortable on the phone or hate making a lot of calls, you probably won’t enjoy it. I have been working at Ovation Law for almost a year.  In that time I have been able to work to get the best leads, and the sales manager is very motivating with constant incentives for closing more deals.  Every employee is very nice and easy to get along with.  Definitely a place where you can grow with the team and the company.  However, you do have to be motivated. If you are lazy and not willing to work, unfortunately you will not succeed.
