I want to share my experience with Vanicream, as it has been far from satisfactory. During my time there, I encountered numerous issues that raise serious concerns about their management and workplace culture.

Poor Treatment of Employees: I often felt undervalued and disrespected. Communication from management was lacking, and it seemed that constructive feedback was not welcomed. I observed favoritism and a general disregard for employee well-being.

Inappropriate Conduct: I witnessed several instances of unprofessional behavior within the team. This included inappropriate comments and actions that created a hostile environment. It was disappointing to see such behavior go unaddressed by management.

Mismanagement: There were clear signs of mismanagement, particularly regarding resource allocation and project oversight. This led to unnecessary stress and confusion among the team, impacting our overall productivity.

Lack of Accountability: I was shocked by the lack of accountability within the organization. When issues arose, it often felt like blame was shifted rather than resolved. This created an unhealthy work atmosphere where employees were reluctant to voice concerns.

Conclusion: Overall, my experience with Vanicream was disappointing. I hope they take these issues seriously and work towards creating a more supportive and respectful workplace.

The Job is easy.  The hardest part is standing in one spot for up to 8 hours.   At times it is very monotonous and boring.  Other times it’s a rush to barely get done.   Varies on what products we are making.   I’d say this is the most “male chauvinistic” atmosphere I’ve ever worked for.  They do not train everyone on the processes or train any one person the same.  There is favoritism but the company is smaller and are getting busier all the time so although they rotate employees every two hours you aren’t rotated evenly or fairly some days.  I believe management cares for their employees however what one person can get away with another can not.  Benefits and pay are great along with bonuses.   As far as growth or promotions within the company that is limited.  If you apply for another posted job within the company then your direct production supervisor will treat you poorly.  Over all a decent place to work.  

The management and coworkers are awesome.  Everyone has a great attitude every day.  They employ students and retired people among their part-time workers and are able to work with your school schedule.  The downside is the physical nature of the work.

The company has a subpar work culture and inadequate management support. Expectations were frequently unclear, and there was minimal guidance or encouragement for professional development. The combination of an unsupportive leadership style and a negative workplace atmosphere makes it difficult for employees to stay. I would not recommend this company to anyone in search of a positive and fulfilling work environment.

There is literaly no other job in rochester mn like psi. Everyone working there will greet you with a very friendly hello no matter what day of the week it is. The work is not to challenging either very banlanced and steady. It isnt hard at all getting yourself up in the morning becuase you know you have it made working there. The higher up bosses treat you like family and want their employees to succeed.

I worked in production at Vanicream, and it was a terrible experience. Communication was poor, and instructions were often unclear, making the job even more stressful. Equipment was outdated, and safety was sometimes neglected. Overall, it felt like management was more focused on numbers than supporting their workers. I wouldn’t recommend working there, especially in production.

PSI was a great place to work for, and they treat their employees really well. They have great benefits for the full time employees and have wonderful supervisors and managers that are willing to work will your personal life.

Good place to work, benefits are really good and there are a lot of bonuses when the company is busy. Everyday is a little bit different from the last so that keeps things interesting. 

Wonderful experience with a family that I grew to love. No real cons besides the stress from customers occasionally. The company dissolved but would love it if they were still around.
