Access Staffing works to place its consultants and compensate them fairly. Unfortunately, temporary work is subject to vagueries of the job market that no employment agency can control. So, job availability, security, advancement, and compensation varies. Yet, Access did help me find permanent employment with an excellent company.

A typical day at work depends on the client being serviced. Access has a broad range of clients. I was able to work on special accounting projects with critical deadlines, serve as introductory host at a fashion show, a legal symposium, in luxury retail shop, in luxury manufacturers' offices, hotel business center, in traditional corporate offices, and more.

The variety of people, interactions, and environments was fun, educational, and personally rewarding. It allowed me to develop, demonstrate, and strengthen a broadly applicable and highly portable set of skills.

Meeting and interacting with different people and working in various environments and contexts was certainly the best part of the job. The hardest part was always waiting for a new assignment after one ended. That's the nature of temporary employment. Still, Access ultimately placed me in a promising temp-to-perm position.

The representatives and managers at Access Staffing are friendly, inviting, supportive, pleasant to work with, professional, and definitely fair.

Plilosophy is that : Working in the health care business requires to have compassion as a helping profession . Because money can never replace the care you provide to those you serve. After 25 years in this business, I begin to realize that money is not what matters to me anymore but find the best strategy for each individual's needs. I can't see myself working in a different filed no matter how challenging it can be whether  working with intellectually challenged individuals or those diagnosed with PTSD , depression , and substance abuse disorders. I have a broad experience working with various populations in this field , whether they are diagnosed, spectrum syndrome disorders or poly-substance abuse. One thing is clear or common among them all. Our job as professionals is to improve their quality of life . Because every one deserves a good quality of life no matter what their level  of discomfort or diagnosis unless it poses a risk to their health and safety. One thing about me , I'm a fast learner.

The enjoyable part of my job is helping my clients learn to live a normal life and know that they have someone that cares for them. I am house manager for 3 homes and interact daily with my clients and staff members. I have learned that my staff are always willing to help out due to the fact that I never expect anything from them that I am not willing to do myself. My co-workers and I have great respect for one another and work as a team. As far as management above myself, they expect house managers to be on call 24/7 as well as work overtime every week; but not receive overtime pay. They are usually not available to contact during emergency situations. That would be the hardest aspect of my job, as well as working every day due to staffing issues.

My experience with Phaxis' behavioral aspects was underwhelming. The company culture seemed to prioritize productivity over employee well-being, leading to burnout and stress. There was a lack of transparency and communication, making it difficult to understand expectations or feel supported.

The management style was top-down, with little room for feedback or growth. Opportunities for professional development were limited, and it felt like employees were just cogs in a machine. The work environment was often tense and chaotic, with little emphasis on teamwork or collaboration.

Given these issues, I wouldn't recommend Phaxis to anyone looking for a supportive and positive work environment. There are better opportunities out there that prioritize employee well-being and growth.

I have worked as a Supply Technician, a forklift operator a   Maintenance Worker and House Manager; I also supervised a crew of four   where my duties included being responsible for the efficient distribution of supplies, assuring the organization and inventory of a large number of items for a large health service company and providing excellent customer service to a highly demanding clientele.
 
     Throughout my career my greatest achievements have been my ability to apply what I have learned about the different aspects of my experience and acquired skills. I have the ability to work effectively with persons of many different backgrounds and cultures. Lastly, I am able to work very professionally as part of a team and independently with little supervision. I hope to use these and other skills to make an immediate and significant contribution to this agency’s services.

My experience with Phaxis was incredibly disappointing. The management team seemed disconnected from the rest of the employees, and communication was virtually nonexistent. I often found myself unclear about project expectations and deadlines, which led to unnecessary stress and frustration.

The work environment was tense and unsupportive, with little to no opportunities for professional growth or development. When I tried to provide feedback or suggest improvements, my efforts were met with resistance and dismissal.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Phaxis to anyone looking for a positive and supportive workplace. There are far better opportunities out there that prioritize employee well-being and growth.

I was so excited to work at MORGAN STANLEY .  I waited 6 months to get hired on. The security background process is rigorous and extensive .  I worked for them for 5 months and I honestly tried my best. I loved to help my fellow associates with there software issues, Tech support comes easy to me.  But after one internal complaint from a disgruntled employee, they fired me with out any  coaching methods , no warnings  , no suspension . Just called me after my shift one day and said your contract is terminated immediately. Please don't report to work anymore. They give you Furlow days so you never really work consistent full 40 hr week. They change rules and processes weekly. Add more and more job responsibilities but NEVER EVER GET A RAISE. Some ppl have worked there over 3 years and are still temps. They never hire you on as perm . You will be a temp with horrible benefits forever. 

A typical day at Access Systems was very slow.  There was not too much to do and for slow days , filing became my best friend.  Many of the engineers were traveling so my main responsibilities were to ensure that customers were greeted at the front desk, set up travel arrangments, answer phones, email correspondence, and type all government reports needed for PHMSA violations/correspondence.  Management was very helpful and caring and my co-workers were pleasant to be around.  The hardest part of the job was down time and dealing with the pressures coming from the engineers.  This is a job were I had to develop lots of patience.  Yet, it paid off.  Overall, this job would be a great experience for students because they encouraged you to complete your studies during down time and the quiet office environment was perfect for that.   

Working on different job assignments was a great learning exp.
I have learned how to interacting with different computer software in order to accomplished my clerical and Data Entry work. Working with different managements was very interesting in how they train and manage staff Acurately. Working with Co-workers was a great satisfaction in getting to now them and interacting as a team. The hardest job for me was being assigned different job duties in long distance locations, which i learned to be comfortable and be punctual for work. The most enjoyable was to learn so many job skills which made me more of an asset to any company thats seeking a well experienced Customer Service person.

My typical day at work is utilizing my interpersonal skills and helping consumers to with thier ADL skills. I learn to teach and be taught about this populations every day and how they and i are so much alike in spirit. The managing offers good opportunities to consumer and staff to function cohesively and smoothly.
However, the hardest part of the job is maintaining patients but, always keeping their purpose in mind. I'm their to provide services for the consumers and make a safe environment that will present a atmosphere of cooperation and flexibility. Finally, I enjoy watching each consumers reach their goals , learn something new that would bring them to a place of self-effacy.
