Pride Health has potential to be an okay company but runs everything on surface level. There is no actual support from managers or clear instructions on what your job process looks like even during onboarding. They throw you in without explaining what to do and just expect you to figure it out. The account managers play favorites and will ignore you if you are not one of their buddies. The managers can't even fill in for their employees if they tried because they don't even know what they are doing. This company is not only deceitful to direct employees but to employees they are hiring for contracts. You will never see a "discretionary bonus". DO NOT WORK HERE

The Staff is very competent and available 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I have not had any issues to report.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I’m a live in care giver so it is very accommodating and relaxed 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It is predictable and consistent calm and always flexible.

I worked as a travel mammography technologist.  I really loved working with my recruiter.  She went above and beyond my expectations.  I could tell that she really wanted to make sure that I was a great fit for the client facility.  She really worked hard to make sure that my needs were met also.  Not all recruiters do that.  She also negotiated a great pay package for me, too.  I loved working with this staffing agency because of the recruiter.

Assignments are not well organized. They will send you anywhere. I've been to places that are roach infested and the timesheets are subject to approval by managers at each locations so if something is not correct you have to go through multiple people to try and correct it and sometimes they dont get back to you promptly or "forget" you worked that shift and then you gotta fight to get paid.

Wonderful team of placement counselors.

I have moved on from there. They were wonderful

Oh my.God the onboarding process is not of God! They just have to come up to date with the culture. Meaning the staff who speak to you on the telephone  their English  is so Thick it's  hard to understand  them especially  the Staff  in Minnesota! Also they have a hard time reviewing  your onboarding task!

The employees were wonderful.  I always enjoyed picking up my clients and hearing about their day and cooking for them each night. There was no hard part of the job.

When I worked for the agency hours per week were monitored. Better communication by job coordinators needs to improve. People who live in the bronx shouldn't have to travel to and 3 hours using multiple transportation and paying multiple fares

Job security not good. The company they recruit for have poor management skills..I'd not ever apply to work here had I known the company they hired for was such a sorry place. 

There great to work for the bad thing about any home health care they don't want to pay good wages they don't communicate with there providers there employees. Other than that it's a descent job.
