Job has 3 weeks of classroom style training before throwing you to the wolves. The one on one coaching is extremely limited as they bring in a new group of trainees every month. 

If you’ve ever seen The Apprentice, that’s exactly what it was like working here. A big group gets hired and then people are fired until they have the few they actually will keep on. While I worked there 3 people got fired and management decided it was best to tell us all about it each time. Even during training they told us how much of the company had been let go due to “a culture shift”

The actual work is so so stressful. You’re there from 8-5 you’re pressured to work as much as you can the entire time and encouraged to come early and stay late and encouraged to work during the weekends.
The gym and massages that are listed as benefits, you’ll be too busy to use those at all. During my time there I was in the gym once during the tour and that’s it. The culture is pretty cringe it seems like they worship the CEO 

They make it no secret that being hired there is not a permanent thing and that you’re essentially hired on for a trial period.  

Like I said in the title I’ve never been so stressed out by a job. I was stressed to the point of literally being prescribed Prozac. Everyone that was hired on with me would speak about how stressful and unfair so many aspects of working there were. 

DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING HERE.

I have worked for this company for 3 months. they have a point system if you don't come to work. Which is fine an all but they do not provide a healthcare program. So I had to use my own insurance in December every week I was in the ER for myself and for my kids. I got points for that. In November I snapped the tendon in my ankle I got points for that. I have medical documentation but they fired me. There are 
PRN nurses who do not call through to let them know they will be late nut will call the facility and then she is not penalized. My priority at work is my patients but there is just so much drama. I would b told this and that. I would be constantly being told to do stuff that did not Protaine my patients. They have three of their own nurses at Bornenmans long term care. They depend on PRN nurses. The funny part is no one really know what to do because we are not their employees. I had to use my best guess on some things. I would have to orient a brand new prn nurses and one of bornemans who had so much anxiety, I was only given a user name and password and sent to my hallway. That is bad management and bad on PRN nursing for not making sure that we are oriented. Im not salty because i got fired. I am just telling the truth.

Friendly staff , with good communication  skills orally or by email. Any discrepancy in job duties will be handled in a timely professional manner. The company also provides in house CPR certification for a small fee. As well as CEU for aids / nurses. And if courses weren’t available you are referred to another agency for  completion.The company took pride in its employees work ethics and performance.And time was. Of the essence as well as looking professional when arriving for a shift . Some time has passed, but if I had a chance to work for a company of this nature again it would be a great opportunity for me. Seeking growth, professional, and compassionate company to aide me in job opportunities. Thanks for your consideration of my opinion and work experience with Nurses PRN. I hope I have the pleasure of working with a company as this in my near future. While working towards my LVN/LPN license. And then bridge to become an RN with a BSN  . My goal is to help as people as I can while working towards my goals




A typical day at work consisted of taking care of pediatric patients in their home and reporting to the office when necessary.

I learned how to utilize critical thinking skills for patient care and learned the importance of staying objective, yet empathetic to patient/family needs.

Management was very well run. I worked with all women and never once had a problem. Issues were handled with professionalism, proper guidance was provided, and constant encouragement was given.

My co-workers were wonderful individuals who truly cared for and had a passion for their career.

The hardest part of the job was having to leave (due to re-location).

The most enjoyable part of the job was everyday and being recognized for my dedication and hard work.

I lasted 3 months with this company due to their ridiculous goals, lack of true management, and imperiousness from the Pres!de*t. My “manager” tried to relate to us the best she could but ultimately fell short. She pretended to care but most conversations lacked true authenticity. 
The Pres!de*t called me directly one morning, after 3 months of employment, and told me that I wasn’t good at my job and I needed to figure it out quick. As far as I was told, during my initial “training,” successful recruitment wasn’t something that came quickly and took time to develop. This was a career change for me and something I was truly excited about doing. 
I felt a complete bait and switch with this company and would NOT recommend anyone working for them in any capacity. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Very personal touch with contact with the company.  Recruiters and Account Managers are very friendly, professional and helpful.  Payroll Dept is very dependable and you don't have to worry about getting your paycheck on time and it is always accurate.  They have someone working 24/7 so you can always contact them.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Finding places to work close to the city where I live.  However, the city that I live in is very limited in nursing homes,.

Friendly staff; culture is diverse.

Contact my account manager if I have a question.  Ask for updates on facilities that I normally work at thru PRN Healthcare.

Transparency, and competitive salaries

Really everything was great though the medical field as well as everything was affected during Covid 19 Era

The company is very culturally diverse and geographically located in many area of the USA

A typical day will be to report to facility receive assignment, adhere to policies and and procedures. Expectation just as a normal employer.

Decent meaning behind the company, but if you work/worked here then you know they don't truly care about you. All they see you as is a number. They will lie right to your face and not give you the proper acknowledgement you deserve. They will overwork you until you're depressed. Higher ups are terrible. They will drop you and never talk to you again because they know they can overwork someone else for less money. DONT WORK HERE. And if you do, don't expect it to be long unless you make them millions. Terrible judge of character with these people, and the owner is two faced.

Best part is choosing your own schedule. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They don't pay you on time. They kept "locking" my paychecks and I've been behind on bills because of them.

Stressful. House staff are rude, but PRN is more rude. Do not work for this agency. Go to GALE or move into hospice work.

Horrible. They don't pay you on time or at all and then accuse you of not working.

Do Not gooo. You will be bam buzzled and hoodwinked. They make it sound good but horrible. You don't give you your commission checks on time. Don't do it

They do not have the work for the nurses.

Fake, stressful environment some people are nice
