Well, I'm one of those weird people that really like their job. PSC Biotech has been a great place to work with great people and interesting projects. It seems that there is always something new and exciting coming down the pike. 
I work as a project engineer which means that I will be assigned to a project until it's done and then move on to the next one. 

For some, that amount of change is hard to take but for me, it's liberating. There is always a new challenge to meet and new people to become acquainted with. Each project is different from the last and I'm constantly learning new things in each sub-industry. While I have no immediate plans to leave PSC I have been offered several jobs based on my performance in carrying out projects and it's both flattering and reassuring to know that my work is valued and that I have options if I decide to make a change.

The people in the Madison office are just great. There is a team spirit from the top down. We do all the usual office things for birthdays and celebrations and everyone is relaxed. At the same time, the company has a team culture that gets things done on time and done right. 

PSC is always looking for new people and if you see something that is in your area of expertise you will find this a good company to work for.

PSC Biotech has been my first job out of graduate school and it's been a pretty awesome experience. While school had given me the educational tools to do a good job, I didn't realize I still had to learn about doing a real job where people count on me to help them with their projects and where my skills and abilities can help a company make quality products.

Our job requires lots of on onsite visits to clients job sites. I have some clients that are regulars while others are one-time contracts (of PSC). That means that you need to be able to get along with a wide variety of people and company cultures. My supervisors and team members at PSC helped me get use to this and helped me learn how to interact with a number of different situations. Old timers at the job (more than 5 years) are quite skilled and pretty willing to share their knowledge with me. 

I've found the company a great place to work and I have a real sense of being part of something that is important and performs a vital service. From my perspective, the salary and benefits are generous and I'm generally earning more than my classmates that graduate at about the same time as I did.

PSC Biotech is a company that is growing rapidly and offers plenty of room for personal advancement and growth as long as you are willing to work hard and do a good job.
I find the company supportive and offers a lot of training, both on the job and through off site education. In my case, the company is supporting my desire to take on a role in management by supporting my continuing education in management training and providing me with the opportunity to manage several interns. 
I work with multiple companies in the L.A. area that are bring life science products to the market. I help ensure their compliance with FDA guidelines in documentation and product safety.  I sometimes work as part of a team on larger projects where PSC Biotech provides consultants across a variety of disciplines and sometimes will work alone on a project. My co-workers are, for the most part, easy to work with and dedicated to their job. As with any organization, there are always some that don't seem to really fit with the job, but they seem to move on fairly quickly.

I'm certainly in no hurry to leave PSC. At the same time, I believe that it makes sense to be on the lookout for better opportunities so I'm looking on Indeed for other options. If I find something that is a LOT better, then I'll certainly consider it. 

PSC has been my first job and it's been a great place to learn about the real world of business and project management. The company has been generous with training and education and my supervisors and co-workers have all been outstanding people. While I would not call the job easy - there are sometimes some long hours needed to get a project done - it has always been interesting. The company is pretty good about recognizing when you work long hours and works to make it up to you. 

I've not had a lot of workplace experience but it seems to me that PSC excels at providing a culture that is supportive of everyone in the company. My supervisors have been great and on the occasions that I've seen the CEO or other top management they have seemed interested in me and my role in the company. 

I like the people I work with and I like the customers that I deal with. Not a bad deal at all.

Biotech is a industry with strong growth potential and PSC Biotech is in a perfect position to benefit from that growth. 

My experience with the company has been positive and I would recommend PSC to anyone looking for a new and exciting job. The culture from the top down is young and forward looking. You are expected to work hard and get the job done. If you do, the company rewards you with advancement and compensation. 

The pace at PSC is fast. Usually,  there is more to do than there are hours in the day, but for me, that's a plus. I can't remember the last time I was bored at work and the people I work with are easy to get along with and work hard to make it a positive environment. 

I am 'on the road' about 60% of the time. Some days that involves driving across town; other clients are out of town and there is some overnight travel. There are also some larger projects that can run several weeks in duration to put in a new system for a customer. I enjoy the travel and experiencing new people, but be sure you check that out beforehand if you don't think you'd like to travel.

Biotech is a hot industry right now and PSC Biotech is a hot company. There seem to be new contracts and opportunities posted weekly and it's an exciting time for those of working here. 
My job is to provide consulting services to clients of PSC most often onsite. My focus is insuring that producion methods conform to industry best practices and meet any regularatory guidelines that may in place for a particularly company. The job is fast paced, challenging and never boring. PSC has clients across the U.S. and the job involves some travel, so be advised of that ahead of time. For me, that's not an inssue as I enjoy some time on the road, but then I don't have a family so it might be different for others.
Sometimes we go out to customers site as part of a team to consult on a process or design, other times I'm on my own. The people on the team are awesome and we combine doing a great job for our client with having a good time on the road. Based on my experience, PSC's salary and benefits are above average for the industry and the company goes the extra mile to make sure that employees are happy and enjoy their job.

Most employees and members of management are top notch. The corporate culture is diverse and the environment is friendly. Working for PSC has enabled me to grow as a professional and I have developed greater communication skills. 

This is a highly professional environment, and I really love it. There are many opportunities for growth and a lot of support from coworkers and management. I’m always busy! I’ve gotten some great exposure to processes I wouldn’t have had access to in a smaller environment.  Enterprise processes for an international company are very different, not to mention cultures, attitudes, operations and systems.

The challenge I have is finding time for a life outside of work.  While it’s my responsibility, I really enjoy and value my work.  The hours are long and varied; weekends are often required.  You have to understand that if you work for a fast-paced and innovative international business, you have to sacrifice a little in order to learn and develop.

PSC Biotech is one of the leading firms in the country for outsourcing technical services in the biotech and healthcare industries. My job is to work on a team of PSC employees that often will go to a client's site and do a variety of consulting and technical services. One of the fun things about the job is that every client is someone new and different and it's never boring. 

It's important to stay abreast of the latest trends and the company is supportive of continuing education at their expense. I attend meetings and seminars on behalf of the company and have helped land several contracts through these conferences.  The company always has new jobs and opportunities and current employees are encouraged to move upwards in the company. 

The people I work with are awesome. The office has the usual monthly birthday celebrations and management encourages team building activities. The job sometimes presents challenges that need to be overcome, but people are very open to helping each other find quick solutions to any problems that come up. 

All in all, PSC is a good place to work and to build your career.

As a project manager with PSC Biotech, I'm involved in an interesting variety of contracts and clients. Sometimes I go out solo to a client's site and sometimes I'm part of a team. All in all, it's a good job that allows me to work with solid people in an interesting field. 
I've learned a lot in my four years at PSC. The company has been generous in terms of supporting my continuing education and personal growth. The salary and benefits are well in the upper range for our industry. Management is supportive, but also believes in letting people do their job without a lot of looking over our shoulder. 
My wife's job is relocating her our of Denver and one of my options is to continue with PSC in another city. The company is supportive of my moving, but I'm also going to take a look at other opportunities.  Stay tuned!
One of the things I will miss are the great people on my team. Everyone supports each other and it's more like a family than a job site. I don't know if every PSC location has this same feel of a big family, but I hope so.

Not where I expected to end up working after getting my degree in English, but it has worked out well for me and, I believe, for PSC.  When I joined PSC, they needed a couple of writers on a project and even though I had no experience in the biotech industry they hired me on. The company places a high value on making their documents clear and readable and they wanted a good writer first and foremost. When I first joined PSC I had never heard of ISO 9001 or 13485, and didn’t have the slightest idea what a cGMP environment was. However, PSC was willing to invest in me by sending me to seminars and paid for some classes at Cal Pomona so I could become proficient in the field, which I have. The job is much more than just writing documentation and reports and involves working with various other team members to ensure that our client gets a quality product from start to finish. PSC continues to acknowledge my increased value to the company with by regular salary increases and project bonuses.
