A Rewarding Experience at Panini America
I have had the pleasure of working at Panini America for the past two years, and I can confidently say that it has been a truly rewarding experience. As a sports enthusiast and collector myself, being a part of a company that specializes in trading cards and memorabilia has been a dream come true.
One of the aspects that I appreciate the most about working at Panini America is the diverse range of job responsibilities. From designing and producing trading cards to managing inventory and coordinating with athletes and teams, every day brings new and exciting challenges. This variety keeps the job interesting and allows for continuous learning and growth.
The work environment at Panini America is exceptional. The company fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere where teamwork is highly valued. Colleagues are always willing to lend a helping hand and share their expertise. Additionally, the company culture promotes open communication and encourages employees to voice their ideas and opinions. This creates a sense of belonging and makes me feel valued as an employee.

I started out after a knee surgery had me jobless as a customer service rep. I worked in that dept for 2 years and got promoted to Product Development. I worked for one year managing digital apps via Apple & Android. I was then promoted to Assistant Brand Manager of Football. I learned a lot about professionalism and the corporate world while working for Panini. I did not disagree with the management they had in place. The managers were very cocky and arrogant (egotistical) & there was no more room for advancement. The guy that I was partnered up with in football was self absorbed and did not care about training me properly. It was only until management came down on them did he remotely show interest in my well being as far as skills/training go to get the job done right. Eventually, I left this company as they had no willingness to partner me with someone else with more tenure and respect with in the company. I saw that it was a dead end job and decided to move on.

This company is going through some growing pains. As a result, sometimes things could get a little 
Chaotic and confusing with lots of employee turnover, but the core staff members were friendly and easy to work with. As a part time temp, I was allowed to set my own schedule. I was given various tasks to support the needs of the permanent staff. I enjoyed my time there (5 yrs and 11 months).

The work environment often felt immature and unprofessional, especially for a company of this size and reputation. There was a noticeable lack of consistency and transparency from HR and upper management, which made it difficult to feel supported or confident in long-term growth. Concerns were not always taken seriously, and communication from leadership could be unclear or reactive rather than proactive. Overall, the culture did not feel aligned with a healthy, collaborative workplace.

The people there were very strange. Made you feel uncomfortable. Horrible hr she was very rude and had a messy office. She deserved to be spit at. I work in the office where people made fun of me for how I dress. Nobody took the time to help me. When I first came everybody was talking bad about joe and still does when he is not there and bends the rules.

Panini has a lot of work to do to be able to stay the forefronting force. Some of the people are impossible to work with and don't get discipline much but are still in the company. It's very laid back and if you can deal with the drama and lack of raise as promised then go for it. The work is easy and simple to do also.

This may be one of the worst places to work if you are in finance and accounting. The Finance department routinely works until AM hours. Expect to work 80 hrs a week. The CFO does nothing to help other than beat down the staff. Unless you are unemployed and about to go bankrupt, I wouldn't work here.

There's always a project to work on, something to do, and the company continues to grow. The benefits are really good, and there are occasional opportunities for upward movement; but because the company/business is stable, most employees stay, making promotions sort of difficult.
