Small company.  Direct access to the CEO and all management.  Great hours and location. With no HR department as a buffer for issues or complaints, CEO reviews everything direct. You can learn to do so many jobs here but you will be compensated for one.  Individual rewards are no longer given at the end of the year.  The employee's are rewarded with group lunches, after hour activities or the nomination for employee of the month.  Solid set of goals and mission statement.  Every worker seems to be on board and happy with how the business has decided to produce numbers.  There is a clear path to how the business should be conducted.  But lacks the feeling of a completely successful company as there are so few people who can manage or make decisions.  This is a great job for people coming out of college.  Or someone with great attention to detail.  No experience required.  All training is done in house.

Paramount was a wonderful place to work with opportunities to advance to other departments.  The position that I held was created to assist the Closing Managers in the Paralegal Division.  It was not a secure position and the business ended up downsizing, and eventually closed in our area.  It is unfortunate that the company closed because they were all a really great group of people to work with and I remain in contact with my co-workers still to this day.

I enjoyed the work in which I did.  I was the office manager, assistant to the the owner, and had a multitude of responsibilities required with the job I had.  I enjoyed the versatility that came with the job.

I had been out of full-time work for a long time raising my family.  I went back to work after the passing of my husband.  Many office procedures had changed in the years I was a stay at home parent.  This small office allowed my to learn all the new technology that was in existence now bringing me up to speed.

I do a lot of phone work and typing of forms, presentations and letters.  I am a one girl office.  I enjoy going with the president of the company when she does her presentations.  I get to meet at least 25 plus new potential clients.

I am the owner - I made it great! Sold all the insurance products for which I am licensed. I won production awards for consecutive years. I recruited around 400 agents to sell health products. I've also done asset preservation planning seminars.

Worked temporarily at this company.  Also worked from home.  The company was close to my home in Rock Hill MO.   Owner was fair has reasonable expectations of the work I performed.

Fun work environment and great place to work. Great benefits and overall company
