I had a great interview. I was told I was overqualified but can bring value to the company so was given an opportunity which I appreciated. 

I respectfully explained and asked if I was employed in order to give notice at my current job at the time. They said no problem, when can I begin work. I told the manager to give me a week considering I was sick. He insisted I come in next day which I did anyways. 

The "manager" training me was terrible. I was coughing up a lung and  he said that while waiting for customers to just sit around and do nothing. I proactively asked him in order to learn more a about the company. How many employees? How many work in the warehouse? He became extremely uncomfortable and just repeated " I dont know and I dont ask". It was really akward. He said that out of respect he didnt ask those kind of questions there...  After that, the manager clearly saw I was coughing uncontrollably and told me to call him monday ( following Business day ) in order to check my progress.. I told him I am ready and he said they no longer need me. 

I was shocked. After leaving a job in a professional matter I was just so dissapointed.

Finally, the pay is about half of what they advertised. 0 comission. 

Overall just terrible, dishonest and unfair.

Ad says 15-18 hr, when you come for an interview it’s immediately switched to 13-17hr. 
When you start everything seems fine. Then it unfolds. They have cameras and audio recording in their trucks,Assuming it’s for insurance and accidents, but it’s not.They dock 5 hours a week from you’re check, regardless if you take lunch or not. They complain the moment you take a minute over or drive to you’re lunch, yet never thank you or acknowledge that you worked you’re lunch to complete the route(for them) There’s no trust. They hold you accountable for shop errors. Warehouse is filthy and riddled with dust. Parts go out dusty and sometimes damaged.

Free lunch is coupons to an overpriced cafeteria or a roach coach. 
I gave away all my coupons to different employees each week 

It’s a revolving door with drivers and warehouse associates. Disgruntled employees throughout. 0 accountability for errors, yet ready to hold you accountable for others mistakes or mis-payments.

I don’t recommend working for this company 

bad place to work at overall. if you're looking to just punch in and collect a check, the stress that management creates there is not worth the pay. this "family" business is ran by a bunch of teenagers who don't know how to run a company without yelling and being nasty to you. the building is completely unsanitary with roaches being a regular customer of theirs. seeing employees being yelled at, fired and thrown out is also a regular thing there. they offer free lunches but a 5 dollar lunch won't fix your damaged mental health.

The job is not worth the pay they force you to work 6 days a week but god forbid u get there 30 seconds late one day you will get written up and sent home they expect you to be there 15 mins early but you won’t get paid for them and even if you have a doctors appointment your request for time off will be denied 

Great place to work. The environment is quick moving but there is always something to accomplish. Company is very fair and upfront about everything. They are willing to work with employees as long as they are open and honest about concerns or issues. I have been very happy here so far

productive fun work place just no room to grow in the company because it is family owned and i just dont see myself growing in the company. The employees are the best guys and very nice and feel like a family but the management is ran bad and it really discourage  you
