Passionate Care Management

Working at Passionate Care Management as a Care Manager has been a rewarding experience. The management team is outstanding—they truly care about their employees, offering a supportive environment where I feel valued and appreciated. This has greatly contributed to my overall job satisfaction. One of the highlights of this role is the excellent work/life balance. You can change your schedule and there are opportunities to work extra hours if desired. Also, you get experience with different specialties and EMRs. A typical day involves calling patients to enroll in the Chronic Care Management (CCM) program. Since the program is introduced by their provider, patients are usually very receptive and eager to participate. We create individualized care plans and conduct monthly follow-ups, which allows us to build meaningful relationships with patients. It's incredibly fulfilling to see patients listen to recommendations and make positive changes in their health. It's important to clarify that Passionate Care Management is not a sales company or telemarketing operation, unlike what other reviewers posted. We do not sell anything and if we did, I wouldn't work here. What we do is beneficial for both providers and patients. It enhances patients' understanding of their chronic conditions and empowers them to manage their health more effectively. Overall, Passionate Care Management offers a supportive and balanced work environment, where both personal and professional growth are encouraged. It's a fantastic place to work if you are passionate about making a difference in patients' lives (and work from home!). 

At first, I was very excited to join the company and do some great work in healthcare taking care of patients. However, it soon turned into a "sales" job without them really saying it outright. I was really under the impression that I would be helping take care of patients and not trying to sell them into signing up for a medical program. I felt like the company and managers were more about how many patients you talked to instead of the quality of what we were doing. HR is a joke and you have no idea who you are supposed to go to for certain issues. There was no organization when it comes to filling out hiring paperwork, and management was lacking in the communication department. If you are all into convincing poor Medicare patients to sign up for your program and then call them every month, just to get a number on your list, then this is the job for you!

I have been with this company for five months, and it has truly been the best job experience I’ve had so far. The training process includes a large amount of information, which can feel overwhelming at first, but the trainers are very supportive and make the material easy to understand and apply.

Management is excellent and always provides open communication through group chats and team leads who are approachable and willing to help. While the role does require making back-to-back calls, it is far more manageable than inbound calls since we are initiating the conversations.

In just five months, I have learned and grown so much within the company. I am very thankful for the opportunity and have no regrets about joining this team. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to develop their skills in a positive and supportive environment.

I have worked for the company just under a year.  It is a very rewarding job.  From day one the company made the hiring process so easy.  HR made sure I received all documents needed to be signed and return.  Company provides all equipment, which was send out promptly.  Each employee is given plenty of training.  Management and Team Leads are always willing to help or give additional training if needed.  There is room to grow within the company.  Management has daily huddles to keep all employees up to date with all pertinent information.  They make sure each MA has enough patients to reach their goals.  I have never felt I was being pushed to reach a goal out of my reach.  They make sure everyone succeeds.  I would highly recommend this company to work for.  Hardwork and dedication does not go unnoticed with this company.  CEO is very hands on and appreciates his employees. 

I have enjoyed working here. The management team seems to care about not only your work, but also you as a person. They understand that life happens outside of work, and they try to be as flexible as possible. The atmosphere is friendly, and questions are always encouraged. There is also room for growth within the company, as they seem to always hire from within, which I love.  Training is paid and thorough (the trainers are friendly, well educated and always happy to help), and they recently added new benefits which have been great. I have found the workload to be achievable, and I am able to give my patients the time and attention they deserve. They do require metrics to be met, but honestly what company doesn't to stay afloat? Overall, it is a great company to work for if you are here to help patients and can stay on task while working remotely! I highly recommend working here.

I have never had a job that was filled with so much support and encouragement. It’s the kind of job you look forward to clocking into everyday. The training is very in depth and they make sure you have full support when going into making your first official call. There is room for growth and movement higher into the company. The program the company offers for patients gives them reassurance having someone to help be the in between for the patient and the doctor. The management is so helpful and any of them will answer questions you may have. The company provides you with all of the equipment needed to work from home. Although you are working from home, I feel as though I’ve learned so much more when it comes to being in healthcare and working with different EMR’s. Overall this job is wonderful when trying to balance the work and home life. 


I recently started working at PCM, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The emphasis on work-life balance is truly commendable. The company is overall very encouraging and understanding, which has significantly help reduced stress levels. I've found that I can maintain my productivity while also enjoying quality time with family and pursuing personal interests. The company culture fosters open communication and teamwork, making it easy to collaborate without feeling overwhelmed. I genuinely feel valued as an employee, and this balance has improved my overall well-being.

Our team leads, managers, CEO, Everyone cares about work home life balance. I have had many health issues since starting with PCM and they have been nothing but accomdating and extremely supportive. They truly care about your health and wellbeing. They always put your health as a priority and always make you feel so welcome to come to them with any questions, concerns, or issues. They work with your schedule, sick kids, etc.

I would recommend PCM 1000 times over! I never plan on leaving this company.

I have been with this company for about two months now after working 10 years in ER, Urgent care, and family practice as a Medical assistant. This job is fully remote and has amazing benefits, pay, and flexibility with scheduling. I am able to work from home and help patients over the phone daily by creating care plans that get sent to their provider monthly for an update on their health.  Management is supportive, friendly, and extremely communicative. It is a very rewarding job and I get to use a wide range of my knowledge as a MA during my day. This job has been a great change for me and my healthcare career and I enjoy my coworkers, management, and patients.

This is a great place to work. They treat you like family and are flexible with your schedule. 
So far best place I have worked. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Maybe the times patients don’t want to talk on the phone. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Culture is very diverse. Very laid back and friendly atmosphere. All parties even higher ups are always there to help if needed. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typical day is opening my laptop at home get the list of patients I will be calling and creating care plans. Once I am set up I start my calling .
