If you want to work for people whom don’t care about their employees and you’re considered a number then you’ve found the right place. I started as receptionist then moved to med Rec then supervisor then office manager. While working here upper management didn’t really listen to my concerns when it came to the employees whom one of them actually got physical with me and they didn’t want to hear my concerns after the chiropractor there tried her hardest to get me fired.  Went on vacation one week and came back and got fired not even a week later due to the chiropractor talking about my work ethic with other employees in the OBT location that were covering for me while I was on vacation which my work was all completed and in the 2 years of me working there I was never pulled aside in regards to bad work ethic hence the fact that I started as a receptionist and became a manager after some time. Was told both the chiropractor and I were getting fired however it turns out the chiropractor was still working there even after I was rid of. Don’t trust your co workers because they will complain and state they will be witnesses when you speak with upper management in regards to a dr they all have concerns with and when the time comes they claim to not have issues with the chiropractor. The turn over time is ridiculous hence why they always have an ad out for new office manager every 2-3 months.

I was hired as a full-time receptionist, and luckily I was able to quickly realize what kind of company this is. From the first day, the employees without knowing me, warned me about how horrible the pay was, even for employees that had been there for many years, about all the inconsistency, they make changes almost EVERY WEEK, so whatever I learned as a new employee was thrown to the trash because of their "new way to do things" which really meant more work, same pay. HR and upper management never have time for you and they are always making promises but nothing really happens. They are always hiring because employees are always quitting. Employees are treated terribly, upper management is two faced, everyone felt overworked, under-payed, no appreciation, lies, lies, lies, insane work hours, late nights, they say they close the office at a 8pm but you will end up staying 2, sometimes even 3 hours later, then upper management will complain about overtime and they will cut your hours. No work/life balance, you will be stressed out all the time, you will hate your life. I only received a .30 cents raise in the 2 years I worked there. Don't waste your time,  you can get better pay somewhere else. 

The job sucks, nobody cares at all about you. They always say they have an open door policy but be careful because most people that made use of the open door policy were let go. I worked for them and they laid ppl off to relocate their billing office and noted that they terminated us. If you quit they still label you as terminated. They pay you pennies on the dollar and expect for you to go far and beyond what your being paid to do.Turn over is quite high as people come and go because of the company's favoritism . No matter how hard you work they never show appreciation. I am someone who works hard, never take a break and sometimes forget to punch out to take lunch and they could care less of how hard you go for the company you are still disposable to them. They will bring someone else in and say they have experience under your nose you are low key training them and they are making way more than you are. These people don't care about no one.

I worked for path medical for four years, it was the worst most draining job I’ve ever held. During Covid I worked for their MRI office on Hallandale Beach and although we were considered essential workers and was fortunate enough to be working they did not care this company literally got a huge amount in a PPP loan none of that money trickle down to the Staff, but their upper management definitely got a piece of the pie as some of them were able to go out and buy brand new Mercedes trucks. Two years without a raise yet they were still opening new offices in new locations every time you turn around. The way that path employees were rewarded was with a pizza party. The only pro about this company was they had flexible work schedules, but every few months the hours of operation were constantly changing so they could change your schedule at any moment and then cut your hours which force you to go and get another job and then when you are not flexible to them they got upset. 

- no annual raises and it is non negotiable (and if you do get one they will make sure to also cut your hours so that you are making LESS money with the raise)
- Your work hours will frequently change with little notice and it is a requirement that you adjust to those hours
- Your assigned clinics could change with little notice and it is not optional no matter how far away it is.
- No mileage reimbursement despite being placed in multiple clinics which could be up to 70 miles apart (round trip)
- Licensing fees will not be reimbursed
- No CME allowances 
- Only 2 weeks paid vacation. Increases to 3 weeks after you have been with the company 2 years 
- No bonuses, over time, or 401k
- No paid sick days 
- VERY HIGH turnover rate. Do not ignore the reviews by staff members and think that it might be different for you as a medical provider (it won’t be)

This company is money hungry, anything that makes the company money---despite whats best for patient care--they'll do. 

Human resources cares nothing for the employees only for what the manager says. Try to speak to HR and they'll refer you to speak to the manager even if they're the problem. 

They'll back everything the manager says; without an investigation. It's your word against theirs. So if you're not the toady type and your manager isn't fond of you, don't expect to be there long.

They don't appreciate hard workers, use this job for the experience and get out quick.

as an employee you are just a number to them; they expect you to juggle 3-4positions with the lousy pay. every day they'll pile more work for you to do and expect you not to fall behind on your tasks.

there is NO work life balance, and they expect you to accept it for the OT pay.

Trust me, avoid this place if you can.

The CEO cares only about the amount of patients that comes in; so if they drop--you're in trouble.

This company was a joke. They came in and bought out what was formely known as Asana Wellness Center. Some of the employees had been working there for years (including myself I was there going on a year and a half). Path Medical upper management claimed that they were under fire because of a lawsuit against Geico for insurance fraud. They stated they would win. Three months later management came in and stated they were eliminating everybody's position. We never got our paid time off! Patients weren't even notified about their continuation of treatment after we left. This place is only money hungry. Do yourself a favor and please don't work for this company. You will regret it! I should have listened to the reviews myself.

Everything is about numbers and everyone gets the same therapies no matter what. Chiropractors are not allowed to personalize therapies because this company cares more about profiting from people instead of helping them. Their benefits are okay, could be better. It took the pandemic for them to have decent hours that take staff lunches into consideration. They give you extra responsibilities without properly promoting you or giving you a raise and get upset if you are not willing to do the extra work. Their prices are not competitive, and they demand you help them market their services instead of doing proper marketing campaigns for their "wellness" program. Their services are not even remotely as good as all the competitors that surround them but it is "management's" fault if numbers are not met. 

A typical day at work would consist of ensuring all rooms are cleaned, disinfected, and ready to be used per each patient.
Escort patient to therapy room and explain the plans and procedures of what therapy will be done according to doctors treatment plan pertaining to patients specific injury(s).
Follow-up on patient's previous therapy and inform doctor of any medical update based on patients symptoms and so forth.
In this field of work, you never cease to learn. There are various injuries and pathological disorders that massage therapy can be approached most effectively and ineffectively. The key is to address every patient uniquely and effectively with the intent of providing satisfaction at most.
The most enjoyable part of the job is the positive feedback I get of how much a patient has improved since their therapy.

Where Do I Start?!  This place is no place for no one to work at. The staff as in your coworkers are really nice, fun to be around people, they are not the problem.  It’s the ones with a little authority that’s the problem at Path Medical. The  medical records/pips/billing/insurance verification/collections  office on Oakland Park Boulevard a mess.  All the workers are stacked on each other like as if it was a sweatshop they were running.  They don’t even pay you the minimum they pay you under the minimum but  expecting so work the maximum. MRI Staff Don’t Even Get A Break. They Barely Get To Use The Restroom Because There Needs To Be Someone At The Front Desk At All Times. Poor Workers!  They will work you long hard hours and HR Will question the overtime.
