Pathways Healthcare is a typical for profit health care company. The are more concerned with financial gain than providing ethical patient care. Supervisors are not present and I was hired as a per diem social worker but asked to take on an entire region which was not implied when I took the job. Overall it's a poorly run company that isn't concerned about effective communication with employees or patients. 

Management is very micromanaging. Watch literally every move, even time how long you are on calls for. Will audit phone calls and review them with other coworkers, which is really inappropriate considering you don’t know unless you accidentally walk in and find out. They say they will train you on your job description, but they never actually do. They have time to train their friends and family, not outside hires. Unless you were in their circle, you won’t go anywhere with this company. 

Management made promises and painted a very different picture of job during interview.  Only cared about daily numbers for admissions, period. Competitive and cutthroat industry. Nothing else mattered other than getting the referral. 

Lack of respect, micromanaging with a paranoid cloud and atmosphere of “used car sales” prevailed.  Definitely “smoke and mirrors” atmosphere. 
I would not recommend working here. I would not even give it one star if that was a choice.

Great company to work for if you enjoy collaborating with a team and working hard to better care for your patients! I really enjoy the lack of "layers" in management and the open door policy. If you are willing to work hard and knock on some new doors for business, you will succeed! Hard work is rewarded and upper management is very appreciative. Corporate office is attentive and always helpful. Benefits are great. I truly enjoy working for this company.

Pathways healthcare is a very caring, and fun place to work at. It actually involves a lot of med-surg patient like wounds, IV, trach, vents, and foley catheter. I learn that it is importance to show respect to each and every patient you visit, this in return will facilitate trust, and efficiency at work. All the staff members are really helpful, and we care about each other. The hardest is when you watch a patient die from a terminal illness. The most enjoyable part is when i am looking at my patient, and they are happy with my services.

FT RN that went per diem. They will tell you what you want to hear at the interview. Orientation is poorly managed and management will send you all over the place. They expect you to see 8-10 patients a day with horrible driving time. I would not recommend working here. There is absolutely no work life balance. On-call during the weekends are horrible. You may end up with a full schedule and 3-4 admissions a day. I would only recommend per diem since you can say yes or no to visits. 

Unsupported in era of Covid pandemic. All previous work experience and flexibility and adaptability with this company overlooked in the name of money. Leadership in chaos, turnover of staff very high. Healthcare is a business, and unfortunately for this company, they only care that a body is providing reimbursements for visits, and definitely not for individual clinicians. 

Pathways has an amazing culture of helping their employees to succeed, investing in them, and celebrating them. You always feel the support of the supervisors and the team. My experience was really great and I would highly recommend them. You receive free trainings which apply towards required CEUs, generous pay, and flexible schedule.

Pathways Healthcare is a great place to work, constantly on the cusp of new technology and systems to improve patient quality of care. Friendly and collaborative atmosphere, family orientated, and focused on team development.
