Pathways is a mission-driven organization where staff are truly dedicated to supporting individuals living with mental illness. The team is collaborative and supportive, and leadership values both people and purpose. The work is meaningful, challenging, and rewarding, with a real connection to the local community. 

Like most small nonprofits, there are limitations in resources and pay increases. However, leadership is transparent and deeply committed to building sustainable solutions, while also prioritizing health benefits to the best of their ability and staff well-being. 

Pathways has 22 employees so we all know each other.
Everyone does their job well (I can't think of any slackers).
My job has evolved over the years to be one that is very active with the board of directors and the donors.
I have become responsible for a 300 attendee gala every fall.

I also respond to all maintenance issues including large projects.

To properly care for others we must first care for ourselves. This summarizes a priority at Pathways. Working here you are supported and part of a strong team. Extremely high level of caring for our clientele can be seen through residents successes and quality of life. From volunteers, per diems up to an including the executive director consistency of care for each other and our clients is paramount.
