Working at peak has provided me a lot of opportunity to develop skills I'm communicating and dealing with uncomfortable situations. As well as having a system in place that actually rewards hard work rather than feeling like it's a rat race, working hard and being good at your job will directly impact your paycheck and they even allow for more opportunities to fatten your wallet with overtime in events. If you want to hustle and make money or wanna develop skills to set the foundation for a job in sales or just want to learn how to talk to people you can. The work environment at the office is great and our supervisors truly  care about you succeeding. They take the time to actually train evert newcomer on how to be effective followed by weekly office meeting to help hone you skills even further.

This is my second time working for Peak. I first worked for Peak in an Entry Level Sales role while I was still in college. The training was amazing and the sales skills I gained have stuck with me in every role I have had since. My reason for leaving Peak after graduating college had nothing to do with company or the work I was just interested in exploring other industries. 

Now 6 years later I am back working for Peak in a Sr. Recruiter role and could not be happier to be back! The company culture is as strong as I remember and the owners have done an amazing job growing the company. 

This job will always hold a special place in my
heart. The culture here is absolutely unreal.
Ive made several lifelong friends working at
peak and everyone is motivated. The pay is great, you get to pick your own hours, and you really get out of what you put into it. Everyone is super laid back and there is so much opportunity for Growth and development, not just in your professional life, but also in your personal life as well. Seriously, the skills I’ve learned here through my mentors and coworkers have actually facilitated my growth as a human being. Super grateful I found this job. 

Peak is an incredible opportunity to not only learn sales and communication skills, but to make some lifelong friends. The owners and sales reps are very involved and helpful and the canvassing manager is incredible. I learned sales skills here I can use forever and my manger showed me how to work on my nonverbal communication. The canvassers you work with day to day is a great group and the office is a fun space to come into. Always cash on the table for top performers too. 

Working at Peak Custom Remodeling as a door-to-door rep has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The skills I gained, like confident communication, handling rejection, and closing sales, will stay with me for life. The work environment is supportive, making it the perfect place to learn sales and push yourself to improve. I’ve got nothing but good things to say about Peak; it’s a great place to grow and succeed.

This will probably be the last job I will ever have, and it’s been the best. I’ve been in the work force for almost 50 years and to finally work where I feel like my opinion matters, and I’m not being micro managed is incredible.  I work from home, make my daily schedule, meet work goals that I establish and report my progress as necessary. Ifeel valued and appreciated.  I truly enjoy every work day. Compensation has been quite fair and benefits more than adequate.  This is the way work should be.

Boss was awesome, good pay/flexible, awesome on resume.  Good training and going to jobsite neighborhoods and walking around with cool people.
 2 years went from jobless grad to getting like 5 offers when I had to move out of state. In hindsight, should have stayed and accepted the promotion they offered.

I enjoy working for the manager in the Fairfax office, he cares. Working as an outside field representative has been challenging but having a manager that’s engaged helps a lot. The door-to-door sales role pushed me to develop strong communication skills and build resilience. Every day brought new opportunities to connect with people and improve my sales techniques. It’s a fast-paced job that truly rewards persistence and a positive attitude. Roll Peak!
