While working with the kids is fun and the hourly compensation is high, it is not worth the poor treatment. The expectations are constantly fluctuating to meet the mood of the anesthesiologist that day, no matter how great you are or how much the families/dental offices/patients love you. There is an expectation of complete loyalty, commitment, professionalism and availability from the employee that is NOT reciprocated by the practice. Potential is used to bait you in, then growth never comes. The doctors are not held accountable for any of their actions or unprofessional behavior no matter who you report it to. I tend to live without regrets, but I fully regret working here. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Everything! Loved the atmosphere and staff. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing, very low stress job. Doctors were great to work with. Dental staff are very caring as well. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Supportive, and caring everyone works pretty well together.

Completely disorganized, you find little to no support from administration, and the daily procedures change based on if the anesthesiologist was feeling happy or sad that day  Nothing is consistent! The absolute worse place I have ever worked for the money looks good but there is so many things wrong with the company that it isn’t worth it!

This company truly cares about each and every patient. The doctors are all amazing physicians and highly regarded in Pediatric Anesthesiology. They personally and professional care about us and constantly are striving to improve the patient care and experience!

No benefits, expect to be overloaded with work and work without pay after hours. Not a team environment or welcoming staff. Other employees look out for theirselves and training is a joke. They feed you to the wolves and expect a perfect performance.

PDAA is an excellent work environment. The work environment is highly professional.  Physicians and staff are friendly and easy to work with throughout the day.  The interactions with the parents and children are rewarding.

I love working with Pediatric Dental Anesthesia Associates! Pediatrics is my passion and I was looking to work with a great team of who loves pediatrics just as much. I couldn't be happier!  

My friend referred me to PDAA and I couldn't be happier. I got out of the hospital setting and could still work with kids. Nothing better. I am so thankful to be apart of a great company.

Great docs, manageable work load, fair pay. Only drawback was having to drive significant distances to various clinics, but gas and mileage was reimbursed. Really enjoyed working here

Fun job but management out of state can be quite disorganized, as can scheduling.  It's very hard to work this as a PRN, but they also don't offer an FTE.
