What is the best part of working at the company?
The staff are very friendly. The residents are so sweet because they consider you as apart of their extended family.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Having coworkers that are unreliable and undependable. Then the machinery are very old and outdated because they constantly breakdown at the wrong time and engineering has no idea of how to fix them 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The company could be better if they would make the pay to what other companies in the field pay their employees bc this company keeps you in the low proverty level. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It starts off as harsh bc the person that works the day before you does just barely enough to get by and the rest is pushed on to you to pick up the pace to keep linen up from he/she refused to do.

It was really disorganized and unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone work there. There is no work/life balance because they never have enough staff in the kitchen and the management doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing. The staff steals and started a fight while on the tray line. I wish I had never worked there...

Confidentiality and being responsible with the patients needs and helpful to the employees to establish a healthy workplace. Teamwork availability when needed. Good professional skills and communication.

Lots of patients to care for. Unruly family members. Policies are for patients. None for us. Feelings of not being appreciated. Wages are  not compatible. Some back biting. Not always a pleasant place, I work for the patients. I do love my patients.

As a former CDMCFPP I loved working with the residents and staff. The administrator is great he’s easy to talk to and bounce ideas around with, he challenges you to step outside of your comfort zone and improve daily living for the residents. I loved the residents and staff I worked with. Awesome place to work.

Pettigrew is one of the better quality buildings that Ive had the pleasure of working at. The rehab director is organized, fair, down-to-earth, smart, and respectable. The other therapy staff are kind, helpful, and willing to collaborate about patient care. Nursing staff at this building tend to be more willing to attend to patient needs and caring.

To be told by your director to care but not care is a strong no for me. I ground my dream job but in the wrong company. It’s time to move on and keep my life and my certification in one piece.

I was a student nurse aide at pettirgrew. So I did not get paid, and I was only doing my student clinicals there. Pettigrew is a nice enough nursing home. It is not the most fancy place, as many of the patients there are on government assistance, but its pretty goof overall.

I never know what I’m walking into when I go to work in the mornings and the state has been there so many times it’s ridiculous and the pay is not enough for someone that has real bills to pay .

Very Good Place to work.  Flexibility to me is everything.  I really enjoyed the patients. I would recommend this job. I did not leave because of the job. I left because of personal issues.
