I conduct cost analyses to identify cost reduction and improvements.  Adhere to capital budgets, competitively bid equipment and facilities upgrades, and approve purchase requisitions.   Work with contractors to plan, schedule and coordinate construction, renovation and design of the facilities and equipment with the maintenance, repair and up grading of the existing facilities and the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment.  Responsible for the interviewing, hiring, training and motivation of employees, planning, assigning and directing work assignments, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, resolving problems and the maintenance, installation and repair of facilities and production equipment such as: Lyophilizers, Vial Fillers, Vial Washers, Heat Tunnels, Fluid Bed Coating Machines, Design and order all materials and build RODI (Reverse Osmosis Deionized water) and WFI Water (Water for Injection) systems, Compressed Air, Chilled Water, , City Water, Waste Water treatment, Electricity, Natural Gas, Hot Water and Steam plant operations.  I have managed facilities up to 995,000 Sq. Ft. and I have no problem working 24/7 on call.  I have First Grade Maryland Stationary Engineers license, First Class National Stationary Engineers license, Journeyman HVAC license, and Universal CFC Certification.

As per my resume you will see that i have achieved a lot of things such as working in cGMP in a clean room environment, also responsible for preparation of all aseptic materials used for manufacturing of a batch, Responsible for filtration of the product for transfer into the clean room.

I was responsible for fill-finish of vial based drugs in a clean room environment. one person is not enough to work in the core area where the vial filler and syringe filler existed inside the core area, this area is sterile area or Class 100 this number denote the number of particles of size 0.5 µm or larger permitted per cubic foot of air

I was working in the aseptic manufacturing department where Vials, Syringes, and Lyophilized products were filled inside. this area is called Class 100 or core area due to the high sterility and minimum and also for the non aseptic area include class 1000 & Class 100,000 it is just less sterility than Class 100.

Experienced in completing documentation GDP and data collection.

Completed OSHA regulations training & SOPs which is required by the law.

The people that work here all have on a mask. They make manufacturing work long hours with out breaks. They hire people with no experience in the field but expect them to work on an experienced level, and when they do not they’re either fired or punished. They offer minimal to no training and keep people where they’re at based on how long they’ve worked here. They do not process aseptically as much as they try to make it seem like they do. Any machines they advertise aren’t as they try to make them seem. If you’re in QA it’s its own club, and if you don’t fit in you get fired eventually. Watch out for them because they will act like your friends and then go behind your back. HR is also useless if you go to them for help they pretend to be devils advocate, but you will eventually get fired and they will side with your managers. The people who interview you will seem nice and like the place is coming up with a new CEO but when you start working there it isn’t like any other well known successful bio company. Tread lightly. 

A pretty picture is painted during the interview to make Pharmaceutics International, Inc seem more appealing. What they don't tell is the financial struggles they are experiencing and lack of products in their "pipeline". Experienced veterans of 20+ years of the company have been laid off due to their salary wages to save money. Additionally, the company has failed to comply with FDA and MHRA regulations in recent audits. 
The training program is non-existent and you are thrown into projects with little to no instructions. Very poor management and lack of communication between management and respective departments. Family are placed in Vice President department positions resulting in conflict of interests. The culture is not team friendly and everyone works in silos. Very toxic environment.

Working at PII is only good if you're just starting a career in the field. The upper management make silly decisions without prior knowledge of what is going on within the production area. The equipment being used are old n tried hence most times you end up with either a slow production process or very stressed out employees. Some of the directors are fair but the current vp are just nothing to talk about. Promotion is usually given to only clout chasers and management doesn't even care about the welfare of their employees, itz just about their profits

A great company to start with, especially right out of college. The benefits were really good for starting a job. My work days were always well planned out but I hear that would depend on the individual supervisor. There is no room for advancement since most people were hired from the outside for leadership positions. It became frustrating when certain employees broke rules but nothing was done to reprimand those individuals. After a while the company started associating the hard working employees with the mediocre employees and it made stressful to work there.

When I joined the company in 2001 it was a small and upcoming business. The company was diversified and grew by leaps and bounds from about 50 to 500 employees in a relatively short period of time.Things were great back then and I learned a lot. Then a few years ago the company suffered from a poor regulatory audit and gained a bad reputation in the industry. Since then they have been trying very hard  and have been somewhat successful in bouncing back by correcting audit related deficiencies and observations. Unfortunately, in order to recover, massive lay offs occurred reducing the staff from 500 to about 250 employees.

Ok took the position in November was furloughed 2 months afterwards the way they did it though they said thank you so much for your hard work we’re giving you Monday off we were thrilled Monday came alot of us got phone calls and were told that we’ve been furloughed. Once called back to work nearly 2 months afterwards the damage was done. My coworkers at the time already made plans to to exit so it just left me to all of the Metrology for the company essentially doing the job of 3 people without added compensation. I honestly don’t think the company will be around in 5 years.

Unfortunately,  Pii has made horrible financial decisions causing frequent change in management, loss of multiple client contracts and several rounds of layoffs. A "too many chief's and not enough indians" atmosphere. If you're not a senior level employee or executive,  you don't matter. It used to be a fun place to work, but now it's a toxic environment.

My typical day at work was very productive. 
I learned a process that it takes to produce medication.
My opinion about management is they are very detailed oriented.
The workplace couture their was appropriate for a professional way of acting and thinking in a professional and ethical manner.
Their really was nothing hard about my job.
The most enjoyable part of my job was working as a team player.
