Get my residents up, do personal hygiene for each one their are 4 of them. Give them their breakfast (that I have prepared). I also dress them or pick out their clothing for the day. If it is a weekend we exercise after breakfast. On a week day they go to there day programs. They return home. I prepare the evening meal after evening meal we watch TV until bedtime. I also give them their medication and do vitals on the weekend. I have learned that the state plays a large part in the residents day to day life. I have learned a lot of stiff that state looks for when they do a home visit. My management team is a great team and they do work together. The hardest part of my job is my co - worker. when I get my paycheck.

The owner takes personal care of clients and employees. He is kind and down to earth. He is also the best employer I ever had and all my clients have nothing but good comments about him. He has love for his job and goes over and beyond for everyone. He calls or checks in on employees and clients regularly and really appreciate the opportunity to work with him.

This is a very family friendly environment  With lots of time off during   the daytime  Only three clients in the home Cooking skills a plus No benefits due to low numbers of employees  CPR not required

my boss is a loving, compssionate,  hands-on, and personalable, gentleman. He loves that his job allows him to build familal,and  friendly relationship with his employees, and clients.

Do not want to express how things didnt go so well there, it was ok but it was not what I expected and the communication was aweful, I do not miss it at all or recomend any to work there
