Merchant processing is an ever changing industry that is very fast paced so being up to speed on any changes is extremely important and the management team at Pinpoint Payments makes sure you are informed and equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to do your work. The company works as a team which allows the process to flow smoothly and we are able to offer our merchants a white glove service and address their issues or concerns personally while making sure they know how much we value the partnership. As with any job, there are good days and bad days but I believe if you are qualified to do the job, show up to do the job and take pride in the job you are doing you can overcome the bad days and feel accomplished. The part of my job that I enjoy the most is helping the merchants and establishing relationships with them so they have a level of comfort with our company so they know they can trust us, rely on us and also understand that the company will do what is necessary to make the situation right.  Overall the four years I have worked for Pinpoint Payments have been challenging, a learning experience but most of all some of the most rewarding years of my career.

Pinpoint Payments has the hands down one of the best and supportive leadership I've ever worked closely with. Management is approachable, transparent, and genuinely invested in employee success. There is an abundance of growth opportunities that provide a clear career paths and plenty of chances to develop new skills. Teamwork is encouraged, and everyone works together toward shared goals. #GSD Additionally, they are big with employee recognition as efforts are regularly acknowledged, and hard work is rewarded.

This is a fun startup to work for. The management is really driven and  excited. They are in a very exciting industry and work with a lot of the  big players in the only ecommerce industry.

I would consider this company to be a scam. You will also be working solely with scammers based out of foreign companies. Do not work for these people.
