I would first like to say there are many great people working there and I consider many of them the be friends.

The company has nice benefits such as a program to help with debt reduction and an associate emergency fund.  Both are great things for those in need.  Food trucks are also occasionally brought in when company goals are met.

However do not be fooled by the feigned family culture.  Family never gives up on you, this company will.  
You are a member of the family..... until you mess up or challenge the status quo.

You are a number there.  Never let your guard down.  Never speak up and bring attention to yourself.  Just keep your head down and do your job and you will more or less enjoy your time there.  

Hourly employees are forced to adhere to strict clocking in and out rules.  This is fine for a call center but not for the rest of the company.  It felt extremely archaic and unnecessary.

I would also keep a backup plan in mind for the 1 year mark.  I saw over a dozen people hit their one year anniversary and get unexpectedly canned soon after.  

I saw a lady with several years tenure become associate of the month only to be unexpectedly fired later on in the same month.

They go through frequent hiring spurts... only to then go through frequent purges a few months later..

There is also a weird religious overtone to the company.  Religious songs frequently play throughout the building.  Many people secretly object but are too scared to say anything.  The company also partners closely with religious charities so if you object to giving money to religious organizations, you will want to avoid participating.

Overall its a decent place to work.  Just treat it like a job that pays the bills and never give management any reason to question you.

This place isn't evil, just heartless.

A typical day involved nonstop calls under high pressure with little support. Management enforced unrealistic performance metrics that made the job feel unstable and stressful. Though the role was advertised as work-from-home, we were regularly forced to report in-office on short notice-regardless of weather, power outages, or personal responsibilities. Schedule changes were handled unfairly, without notice or flexibility. The overall culture was tense and unsupportive, and it felt like walking on eggshells just to keep your job.

This position is not worth the pay, especially considering the constant fear of job loss due to unrealistic expectations. It's a highly stressful role that demands constant multitasking across multiple systems with very little guidance or empathy. The manager and trainer show clear favoritism and are discriminatory, particularly toward employees of color. I've watched many coworkers come and go-people are constantly being hired and quickly replaced, and it's not hard to see why.

Time off is discouraged, even for valid emergencies or serious health issues. Instead of showing compassion, management will use your personal hardships against you and threaten your job security. Despite being one of the earliest hires, I was never granted a weekend off, while newer employees rotated weekends freely. This workplace operates on fear and control, not leadership or support.

My specific job was in high-pressured sales (call center). It was not the typical call center. It was like family and everybody is welcome to share thoughts and be yourself. The position itself was not hard but you needed to perfect your skill. The trainers and immediate supervisor helped coach you and teach you strategies that were not rude or annoying to customers. The managers always had an open door policy and encouraged you to share your thoughts on how to better yourself as an employee and them as a management team. Yearly reviews also helped with that. I made many friends there over the 2 years I was employed (my own fault I am no longer with the company). The things that the president/CEO provided us were above an beyond. From Christmas parties to summer picnics, to gift cards and lunch, they always wanted to celebrate us as a team and made sure all parts of the company were spending time together and enjoying fellowship (while being generously rewarded). They also always made sure we had a great 401K program, Aflac and HSA in addition to many other aspects of your future. I would definitely recommend giving them an opportunity to show you how they can change your life for the better and provide steady income. Also, they can help you become a better person not only for the company but for yourself as well.

People are friendly and willing to help.  Don’t say yes to everything, otherwise it will remain yours to do. Plus when you do finally say NO,  for good reason,  after always saying yes, expect someone to pushback and try to get you to say yes. Have a plan to de-stress after work. Do your best for you, not for someone else.  What is that saying,  you can always be replaced.  Which yes you can be, but will that replacement be as good as you? Watch who you confide in.  You can’t trust everyone. Depending what department your working in,  some managers are really nice and actually do listen to you and will help in whatever way they can.  Other managers,  not so much, their way or no way. 

There is a charge and relax lunchroom.  Ping pong table, wii, football, a couch, lunch tables, 2 refrigerators and a freezer.  K-cup coffee machine, microwave and ice maker and water cooler.  Also a quiet lunch room on other side of building, same minus the fun things.  If you smoke, there is a designated spot outside for that or you can go to car.  They have a bonus payout if you quit smoking. Referral program. 

I strongly encourage you to not work here. It will seem great at first, everyone is nice and the “benefits” seem great. In reality the environment is toxic. They have cameras and recorders everywhere and watch what you do, they even listen to your conversations and use them against you. It is very big brother. They are so bent on their “culture” and keeping it a certain way it does not matter how good you are at your job. There is also religious undertones, they constantly promote you to give to an all boy religious charity and the owner now has her own charity. On top of the religious music that plays on the speakers during the day. If you speak your mind or have an opinion that goes against the grain, it does not go over well and you will be targeted. They will start collecting things on you to use against you. They will bring things up that happened years ago to not give you a raise etc. There is favoritism by management too. I highly advise to avoid this place if you can.

This is an amazing company to work for and no other job will compare to it.  The interviewing process isn't easy but it's a great way to determine the correct person for the job.  This company treats its employees with respect! They understand that happy employees make a business run successfully.  Management and owner will know you by name the first day you're there which says a lot for a company of between 150-200 people.  Overall the most amazing company I've ever worked for and now my standards are set pretty high for future employers. My biggest regret is having to leave due to my family relocating out of state. The work isn't easy, there are no room for errors, and their are deadlines.....but you will always have a great team by your side! They treat their employees very well and there is always room for advancement!

Typical day included logging in to phones to take all inbound calls. Logging in to emails to work through claims processing. Process payments. Handle claims within an hour. Communicate with customers and dealerships. Management was super nice and easy going. Coworkers were nice and friendly as well. Hardest part of the job is keeping up with claims/emails/phone calls during a busy day or rush hour and having new requirements rolled out for specific dealerships/contracts and having to maintain knowledge on all the new changes. Most enjoyable is having your own workspace, having a steady work day and set scheduled hours, no overtime really required, great work hours and benefits. 

Having worked for this company for a few years in 2 different roles, I have had the opportunity to experience a few departments and get a feel for the company as a whole. Overall the company is well run and the executive management have both the associates and company in mind. Some managers and direct supervisors are better than others, and it's easy lose perspective when you are in a department that could be running better. The compensation and benefit packages are fair.

Good company to work for as long as you agree with everything they say and do. Very micro managed and really feels like a cult.  They watch and listen to everything you do. Feels like you work at Fort Knox. They hire you for a job and then force other tasks on you. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Very high turn over rate. Lots of good people working there but not many are happy with the company.

Don't do it. It's telling they raise the wage every month. I could go on and on and on and on. It's funny it's a remote job but there's zero work life balance at all. Give you tons of vacation but get mad when you use it or things come up. All the stereotypical red flags are there. Some people can suck up and only do 40 calls, other people walk on eggshells and absolute carry the team taking 90. They change processes on a whim for no good reason sometimes. Just absolutely not, never again. Worst time of my entire working experience. Good riddance.
