Management is very supportive. Although you don’t see your coworkers very often they communicate very well! Everyone is friendly and dedicated to quality patient care.  

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typically work 7-8 hour days. See on average 4-6 patients per day.

I’ve worked for this company for over a year now, if you’re looking for a workplace that actually cares about you and compensates you fairly for your hard work, this is the place to be! I have worked in a lot of different health care settings and this by far is everything I’ve been looking for! Also, I have used this company for their hospice services for my Grandpa recently and my family and I couldn’t be any happier with their care and compassion. They go above and beyond 100% of the time I see it everyday with other clients as well!

Very supportive and professional managers.  Company is dedicated to building successful outcomes for patients and clients.  This is a great company with great staff.  Compensation could be better.  I believe they will negotiate higher rates and it's worth asking for and interviewing for the position.   When you work for and with good people like they have here it makes you appreciate not all companies have this going for them.

Entire clinical and office staff know each other personally. Leadership has their hands in every position but fails to show new hires how complete their responsibilities. Leadership only cares about the clinical staff and no one else; compensation is varied unless you are a nurse. Overall, I left a perfectly good job for a company who sold me a dream but never lived up to their end of the bargain.
