A typical day at Precision is from 9am-7pm, but can frequently be 9am-9pm as well. I can honestly say I learned nothing that I didn't already know. If Precision tells you there are learning opportunities beware, you will never have time to enjoy these due to the volume of work. 
Management does not care about you, your career, or you life outside of work. I was never provided feedback by my manager, and when I asked to meet more frequently, I was snapped at accusingly "why would you need to talk to me more?". If you work in account your team is more likely to try to get you fired for their mistakes, then try to get you promoted. They work you all day and late into the night, then demand perfection from you -but don't worry, they don't require it from themselves. You will never receive an ounce of appreciation, only more work. They will frequently go to clients without you, while you stay behind and work on their submissions and other busy work ensure you never grow in your career. 

It's a very small team. That has its advantages. You know everyone and that is fun. But it leaves little to no room for advancement because there is only one local manager and about 15 team members. So it's a great entry level job.

Most team members report to managers working from out of state offices. This means that some team members can show up late or leave early without any managerial intervention. It feels a little unfair in that respect.

Overall, it's fun and creative, but stressful.

Positives are a beautiful work campus, free catered lunches every Wednesday, comprehensive and excellent healthcare and other benefits, and they structure plans to minimize out-of-pocket costs. As far as the work environment, emphasis is placed on account and former health plan employees, art and copy people are more "cogs in the wheel," interchangeable and expendable.

The people at Precision are amazing (except for senior management). The work is stimulating and there is always something new going on. However, the work life balance is horrendous. You'll be pulling 55-60 hour weeks, easy. Fairly thankless job too, seeing as senior management only cares about the Account team. Turnover is extremely high and the rest of the team has to make up for it since PFV won't replace them.

Too many meetings, process is ancient and broken, no one likes change or is open to new ideas. culture is great, people are great. free drinks, free food, but that's how they keep you. demanding work, long hours, high burn out rate, high turnover. tons of meetings and extreme hand-holding in my role. the hardest part of the job is there is a huge lack of accountability in most departments, and the most enjoyable part of the job are the people.

Rather than standardizing processes & selling customization packages, all software processes are created custom per client.  Essentially non-existent documentation, negligible support from company because everyone is overworked.  Your coworkers are great, but as a strategy the business is entirely a churn and burn shop, you'll work insane hours under high stress for lower end of average compensation and no growth and development

I worked a typical 9-5 job here but the managers were very flexible. I was able to accomplish a lot in a shorter amount of time so often got time off. I felt like my work-life balance was very much taken into consideration and was often encouraged to have slower Fridays. I wish I could have learned a bit more as an entry level position.

This place is toxic. Nobody good stays because they get so burned out. Management does not care about their employees. If you’re thinking about working here, think again. You won’t last unless your job is your whole life.

It’s an okay place to work if you have a solid team. Senior leadership is just a giant clique so they have no fresh perspective on culture and needs of the employees. They pretend to be open and honest, but during Q&As only give snarky political responses. Pay is too low. 

It’s a good place to start working as an agency but you will be working late at night and on weekends without additional pay. The work varies and can be mundane things like checking changes between two resources or more strategic things
