The work isn't hard, you help people with daily lives and daily tasks. 
workplace culture is seniority gets what they want, management doesn't listen to complaints and if they do they will have you stay in the position you are in; regardless of how you may be treated by client or co-worker. 
In the time I was working there I had 4 clients
2 were not a good fit.
1 changed companies and the last one there were issues with a coworker. 
 In between clients I went 2 months without a client or work   until I called and begged The grants Pass office to help me find work before I quit. I have friends who work  with the company as well and have voiced that getting clients after the loss or transition of the clients  is like pulling teeth.
So apply at your own risk

I was hired due to a direct request from a client I already knew who needed services. Management was helpful with coordinating, but only after we waited two months to onboard. After my client no longer needed my services, I inquired about other positions available within the company, and they were slow to respond. I resigned when I didn't have any appropriate clients.
Overall, working for Premier was okay. They served the client's needs promptly and compassionately, which is expected and why I stayed. However, they need to be more proactive and communicative with their support staff. 
My two clients over my two years working there were wonderful to work with. My pay was above average, and mileage compensation was generous. I recommend Premier, only if you're prepared for a delayed response or being a squeaky wheel to get things moving.

Clients and management were great to work with. I moved from another DSP company called RISE in the Roseburg area and the there was a huge difference I got payed 4 more dollars per hour with Premier and I didn't have a 24 hour video training that RISE puts you through. Premiers Management was super easy to work with and always took my phone calls when I had questions. RISE has cleaned house since I worked there however and have new management in Roseburg area. I've heard they are competitive with Premiers pay now and have a more youthful and people oriented staff team.  my overall experience with premier was better. 

Premier was a once a great company to work for, though that changed as of recently with their expansion of counties. The owners started with a good vision, but have been jaded by money. Seems all they care about is maximizing an individual’s hours to increase profit. Recent changes with the personnel at the Coos county office has lead to many unanswered communication and lack of local leadership. This is disappointing, has the previous county manager and assistant were there for DSPs and individuals… unlike the former manger/assistant before them.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Flexible schedule and the supervisor and other staff are all awesome  people and  always make sure that they get things done for you asap,plus  you get to work with some pretty amazing clients

Dealing with the clients  anxiety 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Working with individual  clients  in their  homes, so it's always different no one person  is the same

Helping individuals  with their needs in there homes or out in the community

What is the best part of working at the company?
The pay is ideal for luring you in and the flexibility of work time is nice for independent type of people who don't like dealing with over lord types of co workers.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Trying to get into communication with management or other staff. Most times they ignore you because they prefer certain individuals. Some clients also are more difficult than they let on.

If you are a DSP, prepare to have times of being unemployed.  Your work depends on needs. if there is no need for your skills, you are unemployed.  It important to be flexible with the kind of work you are willing to do, and what clients you are comfortable working with.  Great people and great clients.

The most enjoyable part of the job was knowing that you were able to make your client feel valued.  Seeing how sometimes the guardian takes advantage of the services by making things up, and how they manipulative the client needing services. Also manipulation of the workers for their personal gain. 

The have the best staff and most wonderful workers in human resources and payroll and management this is the best company I ever worked for great pay and I wish they had a office in virginia I miss this company they are the best in the entire country lit was a honor to work for them

When I was hired my manager agreed to full time hours. In the last 3 months I have not gotten more than 20 hours a week. I have asked for more hours often and do not get replies from my manager. Many times I have tried to reach out to my manager with no response for days.
