My internship at Prescient Solutions provided me a strong core of experience that made me hireable in the fast-paced technology industry. I was exposed to every reasonable aspect of the business for which I worked and had highly-knowledgable associates of whom I could ask any question.

I would highly recommend working for Prescient Solutions, as they strive to be competitive regarding compensation. They are very knowledgeable as an organization in their specialties, and they outsource or make appropriate recommendations for anything outside their purview - a rarity amongst MSPs today.

This is a good position to have if you are using this position to advance your career as this company will put you in a sink or swim position. There are people you can contact to get information or help but that might be a double-edged sword. They reimburse for certs so go for it if benefits are not important.

The culture at Prescient Solutions is very collaborative and warm yet highly professional. Management cares about the work-life balance of their employees. Management's standards are high but the employees' efforts are appreciated and recognized. Strong emphasis on open communications, client service and professional development.

I loved Prescient as a company.  The client I was assigned to (Ideal Industries) was one of the best places I have ever worked.  I liked the company and the other employees.  With Prescient, I felt like I was "a part of" instead of a piece of.  Prescient took care of me and it was difficult to leave.  Our paths may cross again.

The Prescient Solutions team has been great to work with very talented consultants. Prescient as a whole for me has been like a family, very supportive and the employees always looked out for each other and for that I have been thankful.

We lost a client I was working at on a Monday and I was let go two days later. We work remotely at the client  office so there is a disconnect.
No communication at the top.

Prescient has a good culture for up and coming IT technicians.  Their approach to outsourcing gives employees a thorough understanding of their customers' business.

Good place to work.Transportation required. Great technical team members who are willing to help out when needed. Great learning opportunity. Good benefits.

Knowledgeable, personable leaders. Corporate culture is about open communication and collaboration. Benefits, especially 401k matching, could be better. 

I've been with PS for nearly 2 months which I have thoroughly enjoyed.

They have shown me respect, care and interest in my self-improvement and my home life.
