I worked here for 4 years and 1 month before being let go with little to no explanation other than "management decided to part ways" with me. 
During my four years here, I moved desks around 8 times, changed roles 3 or 4 times, and had to adhere to fluctuating and inconsistent policies and procedures, as well as a company name change. (nee SCBN) The owner is mentally unstable and impulsive and fired 3 different GMs with no explanation. 
They offer health benefits which are still very expensive with their menial contributions and the 401K is not matched. For time off, you have to already have the PTO acquired to cover any time requested in the future.  Dont expect generous holiday time off, and the days the company IS closed, you aren't paid unless you use your PTO. 
Business wise, the company has offered new "products" within the last year that force members into a 12 month contract that is poorly explained and never delivered as intended. The  PAP membership is excellent and helpful for some, while for others it is a rip off. They also raised membership fees in a ataggered fashion with new members being up-charged after 6 months of patronage, which seems completely backward to me. 
The enviroment used to be very fun, friendly, and relaxed with laid back monthly company meetings and outings, pot lucks, daily themes, etc.  but that is quickly changing. 
If inconsistency and secretive management is your thing, then this place is perfect. 
I feel that this company is going down the drain fast, and will take their employees with them or cut you loose for no reason.

I worked there for about 3 months, but didn't really enjoy it. My supervisor never gave me much feedback; I had to hear from another employee that I'd done the best job organizing the storage room that he'd ever seen. I got the feeling there was a high turnover, and I can see why -- folks would be penalized for minor infractions like coming back from lunch a minute late. I had to process all the write-ups so I'd see the ridiculous reasons for it. Management seemed to spend most of their time buying lavish lunches for themselves and spending money on "freebies" and "prizes" for silly games to try and improve morale, but I don't think it worked. Most folks just listened to their earbuds all day, wouldn't speak to you or make eye contact, etc. Employee turnover seemed high for what's basically a glorified call center. And even though it purports to help people, particularly lower-to-moderate income seniors with getting their medication, it's really just a paid subscription service that may or may not actually help anyone, but they make it REALLY difficult for folks to cancel their subscription. So it feels like they're just preying on the sick and elderly, which I couldn't get behind. On the plus side, if you just want a mindless job where you can listen to music/podcasts/audiobooks all day, go for it. That was the best part.

I had fun working here. The people were very nice and worked very hard.
The problem is the micro management and very very low pay. If you are in enrollment (sales) you have an extremely low salary and commission. The sales are easy but often the clients Dr will tell them to cancel with PL and they will help them for free. Most folks will cancel when the Dr tells them too.  That's were you lose most of your commission. They ding you up to half of your commission over cancellations that you have no control over. The commission structure is ridiculous. Expect to lose 1 to 2 K per month due to the descending commission percentage. They advertise that you can make from 50 k to 75 k per yr. No one makes even 50 k there. If you need a job to live don't work here. The Dairy Queen pays more.

The best sales representative at this job is probably making around 45k per year, AT MOST.    50k per year is unattainable at this job and 60k per year is impossible.   Also, QUALITY inbound calls are your lifeline at this job.  During my lengthy tenure with this company, they disallowed a large percentage of the sales floor from receiving QUALTIY inbound calls because of representatives not meeting unrealistic call metrics.  Several people were forced to leave because of this policy as their  income was cut in half. Room for growth within the company is also limited.  In almost two years of employment with this company, I saw 2 sales representatives get promoted and there are about 50 sales reps on the floor.  Does that sound like opportunity for advancement to you?  I would recommend this job to an 18 y.o. kid straight outta highschool and that's about it.

This is a very fast pace job that is rewarding when you do your job and stay focused. Everyone that you work with is amazing and feel like family; which makes work fun and exciting to come in everyday. This company strives at helping people get enrolled in the manufacture programs by trying to make it as easy as possible for the members. Benefits are offered with PTO which is helpful when you want to take vacation to spend with your family. It is a family owned company that strives at customer service and keeping their employees happy. The enrollment specialists is a sales based position that is very easy to increase your base pay by the added on commission based off the persistence of the members you enroll. Everyone is trained excessively for several weeks to make sure the position is fully understood and you get the training you need.

It’s a small company, so you get to know everyone, and the work environment is usually friendly. My main role is answering phones, which keeps me on my toes, but there’s always something to do, so the day goes by quickly.
Management is generally supportive, and since it’s a smaller team, communication is more direct than at larger companies. Sometimes, things can get a little hectic, especially during peak hours, but it’s manageable if you stay organized.
One of the best parts of the job is the steady pace—there’s rarely any downtime, which I personally like. If you’re looking for a fast-moving role where you can stay engaged, this could be a great fit. However, because it’s a small company, opportunities for advancement might be limited.
Overall, I’d recommend it to anyone who enjoys phone-based work, staying productive, and working in a close-knit team.

This is by far one of the worst jobs I’ve ever had. Management is terrible, they micro manage and have no sense of actual leadership skills. We’ve been told in meetings that everyone is replaceable instead of management having personal conversations with the individuals who are having problems. They also require you to tell them anytime you’re getting up from your desk. There is absolutely no trust in their employees. We also have a quality control department that is never on the same page. One person tells you to do one thing but another will tell you that you’re incorrect. It’s a complete mess! The whole company is falling apart because they can’t keep anyone due to their lack of training skills and poor management running the floor. Everyone’s job is ten times harder due to being short staffed. Save yourself the time and do NOT apply here. 

Good relaxed culture here. The work is not rocket science, but there's a lot to know. 3 1/2 month average training and ramp up period to make sure people can succeed and help the members of the company. True investment in employees. Management does not micromanage and is understanding of leaves and illnesses. They are always accessible on an open floor ready to talk throughout the day. You just have to message or walk up and ask. Life happens and people work with you. The main goals are empathy for the members and attention to detail in your work. 

Good stability and long term growth. The company is adding on new Case Managers by the month with good opportunities available now. 
Compensation is on par with the industry and you can earn more with advancement.

Leadership is incredibly immature. I would not recommend working here for anyone at all unless you want to be treated horribly and you like scamming people. Don’t be stuck at this dead end job with adults who act like children. Leadership is always on their phone or have to leave for an “emergency” almost daily, but if you are even a minute late you’ll be lectured or fired. They’ll pretend to be your best friend, but will have private meetings that are solely to make fun of you. Leadership has a high school mentality which is funny because some of them never graduated high school and this dead end job is all they have. I suppose I would be miserable too if I were them. I would definitely choose this job if you were a brain dead sheep (:

The typical call-center environment with high volume expectations. a typical day would be 100+ outbound calls to "warm leads" and 15-20 Inbound calls with a 5 hour talk time required. In this position, I learned to hone in on quick sales pitches and a turn and burn mentality. Initially, when hired it was a small startup company with a small sales force of 15-20 depending on when new hires would come in. With time came change and the sales floor grew to 40+ with no new lead generation so a lucrative sales structure for 15 soon became impossible to achieve. the most enjoyable part was the product you were selling actually made a difference to 90% of people that needed it and had the potential to be life-changing.
